“This is the only station I know of in town that sells ethanol-free gas. Everyone with a gas lawn mower should use this. Look on you tube. The ethanol in gas messes up the carburetor. It cost us a new one to find out.”

I visited Exxon at 420 Royal Gorge Blvd, Cañon City, CO 81212, to fuel up, but the trip started on a sour note when I lost my left AirPod stepping out of the car—a very bad memory.
➡️ What I Experienced:
I filled up my car with fuel at a cheaper price, making it a great spot for a halt, despite the unfortunate loss.
➡️ Convenience & Value:
The fuel price was a pleasant surprise—cheaper than expected—offering excellent value for a quick stop. The location was convenient, though the AirPod mishap overshadowed the ease.
➡️ Service & Environment:
The atmosphere was good, with a clean and welcoming vibe. The service was decent, with staff being helpful when I mentioned my loss, though they couldn’t assist in finding it. The overall environment was pleasant for a pit stop.
➡️ Final Thoughts:
Exxon in Cañon City is a great place for affordable fuel and a convenient halt, with a good atmosphere. The lost AirPod was a bummer, but I’d stop here again for the value—maybe with better care next time!

BUT she always gives good advice and splendid conversation. Then there's Dakota at night he's always charming and friendly. When you need it most he'll warp your perception of the moment and ask you a riddle that breaks every expectation. ❤️”
“An interesting gas station / rest stop. Not particularly clean restrooms and they were out of paper towels. Good selection of products and they had a Subway restaurant inside. They also had a large Colorado souvenir area. The station was a little sketchy with the clientele in the parking lot, but that wasn't necessarily their fault. I guess I'll leave it at it needs a bit of work but it was alright to stop at.”

“This place has amazing luck if you purchase lottery tickets or scratchers! They've logged quite a few winners in that place. Plus they have one of the best Mexican restaurants, IF NOT THE BEST, restaurants in town on site. The girls love to joke around and give you a hard time, but I wouldn't trade it for Alta or Loaf'n Jug! ??”
