“I took my camera in that had stopped working for them to see what happened and get it fixed. I had to pay a small fee for them to look into it. They did - and found out what was wrong and advised that the part to fix it isn't manufactured anymore. They sent the camera back to the store and even refunded the fee they charged for the investigation. Would highly recommend going to this store for your camera needs.”
“I have used Primeflex for my label needs for almost a decade, they are the most consistent and knowledgeable label provider I have used. I have very specific roll size requirements and artwork that changes regularly and they nail it every time. John and Amber are both great but you cant go wrong with anybody there.”

He printed everything we needed for an event promptly, delivered the items to our hotel on the same day, and addressed every need we had in a cool and relaxing manner.
Plus, prices are more than fair. Unlike other places, there was no extreme price hike for last minute service (and he delivered faster than others who charged extra said they would).

I called the store on Sunday and spoke with Amber, who asked me to come in with the images so she could take a look. When we arrived, she immediately knew what we were there for. After reviewing the images, she quickly got us set up in the system and gave us a clear timeframe for when they would be ready later that same day.
When we picked them up, the mounts were beautifully done. I’m truly appreciative of the excellent customer service, empathy, and care Amber showed during such a difficult time.
