“This is a second review from the info below. I worked with Trenton this week. Two cars in two days for oil changes. He was super helpful and nice. And got me through the service each day as quickly as possible.
I was left very satisfied.

The general manager and gentleman at the front desk were both incredibly helpful explaining my options, costs, and issues. I believe they actually care about the service I received and making sure the car was taken care of, but not OVER taken care of, which is unusual these days in any industry. Glad to get serviced here.”

Just had a car there for some work and I ran into an issue with picking it up when done and they offered the possibility of bringing my car to me. “One tire blew, everyone was closing, I’m on a donut, most places are closed on tomorrow- Sunday. I Was at Costco, they weren't even sure they could get me in AND they said they had to change ALL 4 tires for my two wheel drive. Found BIG O TIRES and Josh got me in. They did say both tires in the back should be changed not necessarily all 4. They also, didn’t try to sell me the highest price tires. So far, so good…... Currently waiting for my car to get a new set of wheels. If you don’t see an update, all was well after lol…Thank you Josh!”
“From the first call, Tiffany listened and responded to all my cars needs. Scheduled appointment for following day. Easy to find location with key and information drop-off box. Tiffany kept me apprised of main issue as well as other issues mechanic found. Quotes were so reasonable. With such good reviews, decided to have all fixed. Very clean and engaging shop and office. Love the warranty on their work! Will be bringing my old model Saturn to them for all issues. Thanks so much and blessings upon your business and staff.”

“Extreme Auto Repair is THEE place to take your car for any and all your car repairs.
I was dealing with some issues that Mieneke in Colorado Springs compounded several times from a small coolant leak into a smoking engine, complete loss of coolant, a broken belt, and two toes. To say they were less than incompetent would still be an understatement.
However, extreme auto repair and everyone there from reception to mechanics to management took extreme care and time with making sure my vehicle was evaluated and put back in working condition. They took the time that was needed to do so as well as making sure nothing was wrong before calling me and telling me I could come pick up my Jeep….unlike Mieneke and their confused employees.
I will definitely be back as long as I live in Colorado and will/would recommend this shop to any and everyone that needs any sort of vehicle repair.
Thank you to everyone at this shop who for taking care of me in a stressful time. Extreme auto is 10 out of 5 stars in my opinion.”

“I've been here 2 times so far after having really bad experiences at another nearby shop. This second visit they fixed a broken wheel stud and diagnosed and fixed 2 issues that I've been trying to fix myself for the last week. They found the issue quickly and resolved the loose parts at no extra charge. Everyone I've dealt with has been extremely nice and they provide great communication. Shout out to Kenny and the others I've worked with so far.”

My dad has a business with several business vehicles he always has them serviced at this location and I’ve never had to wait to get work done which is super helpful. “I’ve used Discount Tires for 20+ years and still get blown away by their customer service. Tyler was incredible today. I just purchased 4 tires last December only to get a huge screw in my side wall so it could not be repaired. My tires aren’t a normal size so Tyler looked all over the place to get tires in for me so that I could have my car. He told me a few times it would be very difficult to get it done today so I was expecting Monday, but he called me at 6:35 -90 mins after they closed to tell me my car is ready and they would wait for me to get there if I wanted to get the car tonight. Their customer service at this DT is incredible!! Every single person is great but Tyler WOW! You were incredible!! Thank you!! And to the General manager. You find the best people to work for you!!!”
