The only thing better than AE products is a good AE deal. Unfortunately this store is badly laid out making newbie shopping tough. Men's clearance jeans are in the ladies section. The fitting rooms have two entrances which the staff struggle to manage.

Eric was fantastic! We asked many questions and he ran to the back to look for things as well as asking other associates if they knew where we could find a certain pair of jeans. He let us into the dressing room and checked us out! And he did it all with a smile and friendly attitude!
