“If you like TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Ross, you would love this store too; however, everything they sell is mostly for travel and outdoors activities or some kind of active sports. Over the years I bought lots of the brand-name shoes, boots, and clothing for a fraction of its price.”

“I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne at the Amazon return desk. She was very kind! I got there just after 9, and there was practically no one in the store. It was awesome! My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. Yvonne was not only kind, but also patient as well. She gave me some important info at the end of the transaction that was helpful as well. Hopefully, you'll have the chance to interact with this excellent service-oriented employee in the future. Thanks Yvonne! You got me off to the right kind of start to the day!”

“Abby saved the day! We searched the entire store trying to find the perfect pants for an upcoming wedding, but we were completely stuck when it came to sizing. I asked Abby if she happened to have any in the back, and even though it was a busy day, she took the time to search and found the exact size we needed! What made it even more impressive was that it was Abby’s first day. You would have thought she had been working there for years! She was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. Abby, thank you so much for your wonderful customer service. I truly appreciate you taking the extra time to help us, you absolutely saved the day!”

“I’m a little late posting this because it’s been about two weeks, but I definitely wanted to make sure these girls got the recognition they deserve! Huge shoutout to Lilly, Camille, and Jacks for taking such amazing care of me and my son Razzi. They helped us find some AMAZING shirts, made sure we got the best discounts available, and their customer service was seriously next level. They were friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the whole experience fun for both of us. Also, a huge shoutout to their manager! I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but she was just as awesome and you can tell she has a great team. Experiences like this are exactly why you come back to a store. Thank you again, ladies — Razzi and I appreciate you!! 🙌🏽🔥”

“I can't recommend Aline Boutique enough! They have completely transformed my approach to getting dressed. Every visit is a delight, thanks to their incredible styling skills and personal touch. My stylist, Kristina, consistently pulls the most fantastic pieces for me – she even nudges me out of my comfort zone in the best possible way. I find myself constantly reaching for the items she's chosen; they've become such staples that I've dedicated a special section in my closet just for the pieces I've gotten from Aline Boutique.GeGe has been wonderful as well, offering her expertise and making every shopping experience memorable. Visiting them is the highlight of my week – there's nothing quite like stopping by, enjoying a glass of champagne, and shopping with people who genuinely care about you and your style. If you want to stay stylish and effortlessly put together, this is the place to be!”

“The staff was amazing here. The only reason I’m giving it four stars is because it wasn’t very well stocked, and they may have just been switching seasons. But the staff alone was amazing! Thank you guys for taking such great care of us.”

“I ordered a couple of items online and unfortunately received the wrong order despite having the correct shipping information! I called customer service and unfortunately they were not very helpful, so I called this specific location instead to see if they could help. Thankfully, Olivia the supervisor answered and was extremely sweet, supportive and immediately offered to help. When I arrived it was busy with back to school shoppers and despite being swamped, Olivia went out of her way to support me being so kind and making sure I received a refund for the items without any hassle or poor customer service. I am beyond thankful for Olivia for going out of her way to ensure I was squared away with such a friendly, bubbly personality. Olivia went above and beyond to give me one of the best customer service experiences despite her having no part in the initial mix up. She is phenomenal and this location is incredibly lucky to have her as apart of their team!!!!!!”

“Let's be honest lulu is pretty dang expensive, but the fact that this outlet exists and I can get some of their clothes at a discount?! I am about it. The store is very well stocked, clean, and organized. Even some of their best-selling items you can find here such as the define jacket and scuba hoodie. The lady who was working the dressing room area was very helpful. They still try to give you a more personalized experience and will write your name down on your changing room. The people working at checkout are pretty quick. There is usually no line or if there is it is only like a 30 second wait to checkout. Definitely have this store on your priority list to checkout while at the Castle Rock outlets.”

“Amazing experience shopping during such a stressful time aka right before school starts. Richard was amazing and helped every step of the way. my son was so happy because he was able to find everything that he wanted and even if they didn’t have it in stock, we were able to order it online. The customer service provided by Richard was above and beyond any other zumies I've ever shopped at. I will definitely drive out of my way just for that experience again as opposed to going to the store closer to me.”

“Shoutout to the wonderfully unique Alyssa (unsure if this is the correct spelling - apologies)! She and all of the other employees were SO welcoming and lovely. I have frequented this store but this specific visit, Alyssa shined. Thank you for hiring such a warm and inviting presence - Kate Spade products are superior but having the staff to match is unparalleled. I will definitely return to this location!”
