“I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne at the Amazon return desk. She was very kind! I got there just after 9, and there was practically no one in the store. It was awesome! My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. Yvonne was not only kind, but also patient as well. She gave me some important info at the end of the transaction that was helpful as well. “I ordered a couple of items online and unfortunately received the wrong order despite having the correct shipping information! I called customer service and unfortunately they were not very helpful, so I called this specific location instead to see if they could help. Thankfully, Olivia the supervisor answered and was extremely sweet, supportive and immediately offered to help. When I arrived it was busy with back to school shoppers and despite being swamped, Olivia went out of her way to support me being so kind and making sure I received a refund for the items without any hassle or poor customer service. I am beyond thankful for Olivia for going out of her way to ensure I was squared away with such a friendly, bubbly personality. Olivia went above and beyond to give me one of the best customer service experiences despite her having no part in the initial mix up. She is phenomenal and this location is incredibly lucky to have her as apart of their team!!!!!!”

“Let's be honest lulu is pretty dang expensive, but the fact that this outlet exists and I can get some of their clothes at a discount?! I am about it.
The store is very well stocked, clean, and organized. Even some of their best-selling items you can find here such as the define jacket and scuba hoodie.
The lady who was working the dressing room area was very helpful. They still try to give you a more personalized experience and will write your name down on your changing room.
The people working at checkout are pretty quick. There is usually no line or if there is it is only like a 30 second wait to checkout.
Definitely have this store on your priority list to checkout while at the Castle Rock outlets.”

No exaggeration - she changed my life by taking the time to explain the nuances of various styles. The clothes are excellent quality as well. Are they expensive? Yes. The clothes are worth every penny, though.

“Great staff, selection is fair, sometimes they even get Air Jordan products. Place is clean. My only critique is the dressing rooms in the front of the stores are rather small and make no sense when there are far better ones near the back which are closed. Other then that great place”
