“I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne at the Amazon return desk. She was very kind! I got there just after 9, and there was practically no one in the store. It was awesome! My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. Yvonne was not only kind, but also patient as well. She gave me some important info at the end of the transaction that was helpful as well. The store is very well stocked, clean, and organized. Even some of their best-selling items you can find here such as the define jacket and scuba hoodie.
The lady who was working the dressing room area was very helpful. They still try to give you a more personalized experience and will write your name down on your changing room.
The people working at checkout are pretty quick. There is usually no line or if there is it is only like a 30 second wait to checkout.
Definitely have this store on your priority list to checkout while at the Castle Rock outlets.”

No exaggeration - she changed my life by taking the time to explain the nuances of various styles. The clothes are excellent quality as well. Are they expensive? Yes. The clothes are worth every penny, though.

“I was buying some shirts online and was having difficulty…they were running out. I was visiting the Denver area a week ago and decided to go to the Castle Rock store to see if they could help me.
Trinity and Chauncy, both dropped what they were doing and immediately started helping me with my order before Gap ran out of the shirts I liked. They were both so helpful and friendly to me and I hope management sees this review and thanks them. When I returned home to Hershey, Pa., the shirts were out of stock. “Great staff, selection is fair, sometimes they even get Air Jordan products. Place is clean. My only critique is the dressing rooms in the front of the stores are rather small and make no sense when there are far better ones near the back which are closed. Other then that great place”
“Found a seasonal change sale(Columbus day), and the prices were really good. Store was clean and had good selection for mid sale. No knocks for COVID, every store is like that now.”
