“I was being charged a fee on my savings account that I didn’t understand. So I first tried the online customer service and got a representative that I could hardly understand, she had to spell most of the words she was using, and she made it clear I was taking up too much time and then in the end, hung up on me. I went into the branch to actually close down my accounts and transfer them to a major competitor. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to be helped by Alex Gonzalez at the Branch as I not only did not close out my accounts, I even opened another account with him. I’ve been a customer for many many decades and was glad I took the time to go directly to the branch versus relying on the online customer service support.”

“I have been banking with Bellco since I graduated high school and I’ve always liked it and never had a problem. The past three months I’ve gone in to have an automatic payment stopped and each time I was told it’s canceled and I’m good and the payment has still come out. Today I went to the castle rock location and Laura, took the time to investigate what was going on and helped me figure out what the heck was going on. Turns out it wasn’t Bellco’s fault it was another institution. Needless to say, I was very happy that Laura took the time to help me and figure out my issue.”

“All the previous reviews were when this location was a BBVA branch. BBVA is no more since it was bought out by PNC which is a much more robust financial institution. PNC offers me more services and efficiencies as the 5th largest US bank. I'm delighted with the change from BBVA and am already refinancing my mortgage with PNC because Chase would not offer me, a long-time customer, a better rate.”
