Id give her 100 stars if I could. She looked into my loan from. Westlake and I formed me I was paying on a 20% loan. “I don’t bank with pnc but the other day I was having the worst day ever. I lost my job, lost my wallet and it was raining, my car died and I was wet, I was sitting in chipotle waiting for my mom crying my eyes out and Sammy came up to me and asked if I was okay, I told her the situation and she listened to me while I was ugly crying, she gave me her business card and told me to send her my resume so she can send it to a recruiter to get me a job if I was interested, even though I don’t have bank experience, she said it’s okay and she was so really kind, she listened to me, she told me she loves her job and the people she works for, not only was she just a kind human being but I think working for her would be so lucky. She also got me a drink and taco before heading back and she didn’t even get to eat her lunch because of me but she just kept telling me it’s okay and it will be okay and work out so I hope people come across Sammy and bank with her because she was awesome.”
“I appreciate ACU for having consistently great rates and allowing loan skip a pay easily for the trying times. Customer service is typically friendly, although I had a difficult time getting kindness or professionalism while communicating with Michael Summers. I would love to handle all of my banking needs through ACU but I just don’t have the time or patience to navigate their various less than subpar softwares. Between the very busy, klunky and poor layout of their website, the very limited functionality of their mobile app, and having to pay my loan payment on a completely different third site it’s very time consuming and somehow there’s a fourth online banking portal which is the only place you can see your loan terms, balance, etc. I love the idea of the bank and the benefits but its software inconsistencies and mess have stopped me from doing further banking there.”
“Wow! I got such great service with this branch. I was trying to perform a wire and couldn't figure out what was going wrong. Narvi was so helpful, and so patient with me! Once she helped me figure out the issue and the wire was processed, she even called me back later just to confirm it was done. How incredibly sweet. We originally opened our account in another state, and I LOVE our banker. When we moved, I wasn't too sure about how FCB would be in other states. This was my first experience and it was a great one. Keep it up and thank you for being so understanding!!!”

From the very first moment she was super willing to help work through the process with such a good attitude (clearly 99 million times better than mine after all the online craziness). “Very conservatively capitalized bank with superior customer service compared to any of the Big 5 Banks or larger national banks. Mosiey has been great and so has Jerry (the branch vice manager/VP). My family has had a close relationship with the bank and they try their best to attend to any of my banking/client needs. It had been a very stressful 48 hours but I was helped by Caitlin and an associate to straighten out the pending charge. They lifted a heavy weight and resolved quickly, they're amazing!!”
