“I've used this bank for my small business account for the past year, and Derek and Dylan have been no less tang exceptional. Unfortunately I've had some demanding requests that come in at the last minute, and not only does the team help me get it done quickly, but they're personable and friendly every single time which is a major stress reliever. I actually look forward to calling them and getting business done, and I can literally feel my stress levels drop as I work with them. It's a travesty that their rating isn't higher - based on my experience, I would suggest not putting too much faith in any of the folks who entered a lower rating. The process was complicated by Experian records containing phone numbers, house address, and zip code from a prior address that had to be updated. She took the time and had the skill to make corrections for every obstacle.
She was a professional, fun to work with, and a credit to her employer.”

I never miss paying my bill and it just seemed like it was never going down so I went to Zing credit union on Mineral off of Broadway. Ms. Yaumelis Gonzalez helped me and she did a tip notch job . Id give her 100 stars if I could. She looked into my loan from. Westlake and I formed me I was paying on a 20% loan. She got to work on refinancing my vehicle and got me a sweet refinancing percentage. She was easy to work with, she does all the leg work, took care of every detail and made the process very easy. So I have high praises for Zing Credit Union.”

“Wow! I got such great service with this branch. I was trying to perform a wire and couldn't figure out what was going wrong. Narvi was so helpful, and so patient with me! Once she helped me figure out the issue and the wire was processed, she even called me back later just to confirm it was done. How incredibly sweet. We originally opened our account in another state, and I LOVE our banker. When we moved, I wasn't too sure about how FCB would be in other states. This was my first experience and it was a great one. Keep it up and thank you for being so understanding!!!”

“I don’t bank with pnc but the other day I was having the worst day ever. I lost my job, lost my wallet and it was raining, my car died and I was wet, I was sitting in chipotle waiting for my mom crying my eyes out and Sammy came up to me and asked if I was okay, I told her the situation and she listened to me while I was ugly crying, she gave me her business card and told me to send her my resume so she can send it to a recruiter to get me a job if I was interested, even though I don’t have bank experience, she said it’s okay and she was so really kind, she listened to me, she told me she loves her job and the people she works for, not only was she just a kind human being but I think working for her would be so lucky. She also got me a drink and taco before heading back and she didn’t even get to eat her lunch because of me but she just kept telling me it’s okay and it will be okay and work out so I hope people come across Sammy and bank with her because she was awesome.”

“Very conservatively capitalized bank with superior customer service compared to any of the Big 5 Banks or larger national banks. Mosiey has been great and so has Jerry (the branch vice manager/VP). My family has had a close relationship with the bank and they try their best to attend to any of my banking/client needs.
