“I first asked at the check-out counter for someone to assist me in the Bed Linens Dept. They were there to greet when I walked into the dept. They were very knowledgeable and helped me select the items I was looking for. They then carried the items to the check-out for me. The lady at the check-out was very helpful and asked me if I wanted assistance carrying the items to my car. I said "yes" and she promptly accompanied me to my car. I will definitely shop at Kohl's again.”

“It's a bit further of a drive than any of the ones in Colotado Springs but I occasionally frequent it because they have a pretty big inventory and while it's a hit-or-miss based on when you actually show up, they seem to get some really good selections when they have stock. Got a bunch of nice pants in my last visit but there was less children's clothing inventory at the time.
Overall would recommend shopping at this location. Conveniently right next to the outlet as well.”
“I thought the store was a very good source for cottagecore and country-chic items. I purchased a lovely ceramic crock to fill with flowers for Mother's Day. Obviously it's famous for practical farm and homestead items, but it's also got a lovely selection of decor for trending designs.”

“Store was well stocked with all the fun things I go to Home Goods for. The checkout line was much slower than usual. But most times at this location tends to be normal to have a longer checkout.”

Morgan - the Team Lead who assisted me with a weird defective merchandise return- ROCKS! She was able to solve the issue quickly and kindly, and I’m sure that even if she couldn’t have helped me herself, she would’ve helped me figure out who to ask for help. She is truly amazing.”

“I rarely shop at Walmart, today was an exception. When I walked into the store I asked a older women employee were I could find a certain item, she told that the item was in two locations hanging at the end of each aisle and gave directions.
Surprised at how knowledgeable she was, I asked her how she knew where the item was. She said that she has worked at the Castle Rock Walmart to 24 years and sometimes she comes in a hour early, before her shift and walks the store so she can help customers find what they are looking for.
What dedication, I wish Walmart upper management know what woman was doing behind the scenes to gave customers a great shopping experience.”
“I’ve been to this store twice within two weeks. Both times the staff was amazing. Today Carly helped me. She assisted me when I wanted an opinion, and she even brought me clothes she thought would look good on me. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a store. The other woman who was there was also very friendly. Will be back soon!”
