“I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne at the Amazon return desk. She was very kind! I got there just after 9, and there was practically no one in the store. It was awesome! My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. Yvonne was not only kind, but also patient as well. She gave me some important info at the end of the transaction that was helpful as well. “I was buying some shirts online and was having difficulty…they were running out. I was visiting the Denver area a week ago and decided to go to the Castle Rock store to see if they could help me.
Trinity and Chauncy, both dropped what they were doing and immediately started helping me with my order before Gap ran out of the shirts I liked. They were both so helpful and friendly to me and I hope management sees this review and thanks them. When I returned home to Hershey, Pa., the shirts were out of stock. “Lots of stores. Might need a little more kitchen related stores. Clean. Be nice if they had a kids park or just a park outside. Food court is ok. In sunny or snowy days, you want some sort of roof as you go from shop to shop.Overall it's ok but they could have made a lot more friendly and put a couple parks and more cover.”
“Drove up from Colorado Springs to buy four pairs of Johnson Murphy’s. Walked in with our dog and the manager/worker raised his voice and demanded to know if it was a service dog. I said no, he said we had to leave then, we are not pet friendly.. Extremely rude, nothing polite about the companies rules. Will not spend $500 to $600 in there again. Just ordering online is a lot more polite”

“This store is amazing. It’s huge and still has the wooden grain shelving which is really nice. All the staff were amazing when I went there and very helpful. Store was clean, easy to navigate and perfectly spread out enough for easy walking.”
