“I had the pleasure of meeting Yvonne at the Amazon return desk. She was very kind! I got there just after 9, and there was practically no one in the store. It was awesome! My QR code was not bright enough to be seen no matter how much Yvonne tried to scan it. Eventually, my wife took another picture, this time brighter. It went through like a charm. Yvonne was not only kind, but also patient as well. She gave me some important info at the end of the transaction that was helpful as well. Hopefully, you'll have the chance to interact with this excellent service-oriented employee in the future. Thanks Yvonne! You got me off to the right kind of start to the day!”

“Everyone there is friendly and helpful. We have gone to them with chicken issues and they were able to help. We have gone there for bear issues and they helped us figure out what we needed to set up a great electric fence! The facility is clean and smells wonderfully earthy! You can tell they are invested in in the community which is a bonus!”
“The staff was awesome! We were greated with a smile as soon as we walked in. They found all the sizes we wanted of sweatshirts, including some we didn't think we would find. Great price for Colorado gear. Definitely recommend buying here verses any souvenir shop due to price and variety!”

“I want to give a huge shoutout to Ariana at Five Below for her kindness, compassion, and understanding. My autistic son became overwhelmed by the music when we first entered the store, and Ariana went out of her way to turn the volume down to help him feel more comfortable. 💛
As a parent of an autistic child, small acts of kindness like this mean more than words can express. Not everyone takes the time to recognize when a child is struggling or make an effort to accommodate their needs, but Ariana did so without hesitation. Her thoughtfulness made a stressful moment much easier for my son and our family.

“Great staff, selection is fair, sometimes they even get Air Jordan products. Place is clean. My only critique is the dressing rooms in the front of the stores are rather small and make no sense when there are far better ones near the back which are closed. Other then that great place”
“Had a return and needed some items so I stopped by. The return process was fast as there was no line and the associate was efficient. I had thrown away my receipt so she had to look up my purchase. But she was friendly and not irritated at having to do that. Then I was on my way to shop for the items I wanted. Another customer helped me get some noodles they were out of on the lower shelves from the top stocking shelf which was nice. I'm glad they have overstock above so I could grab items sold out beneath if they had more. I did use self checkout as there was no line unlike the cashiers. It was smooth and easy. Used the restrooms while I was there and they were clean.”

“If you like TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Ross, you would love this store too; however, everything they sell is mostly for travel and outdoors activities or some kind of active sports. Over the years I bought lots of the brand-name shoes, boots, and clothing for a fraction of its price.”
