“Selection was good for various items. Lots of handbags which I love and don't need more of :) Holiday gift sets. Clearance clothing items - racks of women's selections. I didn't encounter any associates as they were all busy. Because they cashier line was long, I ended up leaving and not purchasing.”
“I usually go to their Amazon returns section first, then get some clothing items I may need. The women who work in the returns section are great. I unusually see the same people whenever I come by. They are always so helpful! Love it here.”

She assisted me when I wanted an opinion, and she even brought me clothes she thought would look good on me. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a store. “Love Ross, anything you can think of that you might want to frivolously spend money on, they got it's for wayyyy cheaper than other overstock stores like tj max. I also have social anxiety and I really dread having to go shopping cause I really just want to be left alone. Ross is awesome cause they don't disturb me, but if I have a question the staff is very kind and helpful. I always end up in this one particular girls cash register and she is so sweet.”
“Had a return and needed some items so I stopped by. The return process was fast as there was no line and the associate was efficient. I had thrown away my receipt so she had to look up my purchase. But she was friendly and not irritated at having to do that. Then I was on my way to shop for the items I wanted. Another customer helped me get some noodles they were out of on the lower shelves from the top stocking shelf which was nice. I'm glad they have overstock above so I could grab items sold out beneath if they had more. I did use self checkout as there was no line unlike the cashiers. It was smooth and easy. Used the restrooms while I was there and they were clean.”
