“I lived here for 2 years and it was my favorite apartment in Colorado (thus far lol). Only moved out because they drove up rent and it was too much for one person on one income. Loved the location next to the reservoir and all of the nearby shopping. Great, respectful and quiet neighbors. One bedroom sizing was awesome. I liked the staff the first year I lived there, but wasn’t the biggest fan of the staff I dealt with the last half. My window had a crack during winter and when I went to report it, the maintenance manager basically blamed me for the crack? I thought that was a little disrespectful because I know I did not break my own window. It also took them like two months to fix it and it continually got worse until I escalated it. I had another maintenance staff text me from his personal number and make sexual remarks to me. He lived on site and I had to tell him to stop or I would have to report him. He moved offsite and quit his job immediately after. Then we got new office staff that was less helpful and definitely pushy during the move out process. I was pretty relieved to move out at that point. I hope this place hasn’t gone further downhill. I don’t think the price of rent is justified for how old this place is and the terrible parking lol truly hope you guys hired better people.”

The best and most friendly staff, clean rooms with weekly cleaning. Affordable, and has all you need to be away from home for anextended period of time.
Not like other places, it's the absolute best I have experienced in the last 30 years of travel!!!

Deserves 5 stars for everything!
The only drawback I have is no swimming pool. Everything else you would need is there, even coffee 24/7.”

“Southglenn Place was a lovely place to land for about a year and a half. The apartments are clean and updated inside, and the grounds are kept up pretty well. I felt safe there. Never had any trouble with neighbors, and had no worries about packages being left at my door if I was gone. There is plenty of parking, even for guests. Julie, the office manager there, acted like an advocate - I felt heard by her, and she was very kind. There is an amazing park just across the street, too. I left because I needed a bigger space, but recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and clean place. I’m only not listing five stars because nobody is perfect. Sometimes tenants would dump their junk or miss the trash bin. The company did a pretty good job of keeping up with it, though.”

“The team here has been great! Maintenance was quick and professional when fixing our garbage disposal, and Ellie has been wonderful to work with — always friendly, responsive, and helpful whenever we’ve needed assistance. We really appreciate how smoothly everything gets handled.”
