“I was in a bind and looking for a specific part for a machine. I was working on a project I had to get completed by the morning. It was close to closing time when I called to ask if they had it. After me explaining on the phone what I was looking for he said, "I may have one that might work." This part is not something he necessarily stocks. When I arrived he had several of them in a little bag and handed them to me to take home and try. I will be forever grateful. One worked and I returned the remainder of them to him and paid for the part the following morning. Thanks again for helping me in a crisis. It is important to shop small businesses like this. You cannot replace the kindness and service shopping elsewhere.”
