FN Jeep is a reliable and customer-oriented Jeep parts business. The company, acquired by Stu and his dad three years ago, provides excellent service and honest dealings to its customers. Reviewers praise the staff's great attitude, quick response, and willingness to go the extra mile, such as staying late to accommodate a customer who came from hours away. The business is described as a "legit Jeep salvage" with a wide selection of used parts, making it a "life saver" for Jeep owners, especially those maintaining their vehicles in Mexico. Customers appreciate the business's prompt handling of missing items and the overall great customer service experience. In one instance, a customer who initially purchased the wrong windshield frame from another source was able to get the right parts from FN Jeep, likening the experience to "going to an adult candy store."
