“I came in to trade in my phone for a newer model phone. There was no wait and was helped immediately the guy helping me Justin was super helpful and knew what he was doing and set me up and no time. Along with being very helpful he was very personable and talked to us and engaged in some really funny and interesting topics while waiting for the data to transfer over. The girl, very intelligent, very professional, new right away what problem was: the SIM card died. She replaced it, and it worked perfectly. And she wouldn't charge for it either, or her time. “My brother's phone needed to be handicap accessible after we got his new phone that feature was not working. After the second time he brought it back to the T-Mobile store they told us it had a bug and we needed to order a new one. So we went through the hassle of ordering a new phone. Got the new one took it to the manager at the T-Mobile store and after a long time he said there's no way to get handicapped accessible on this new phone and we need to upgrade to a different model. The last store we went to was T-mobile on Voyager Parkway. The manager Brandon determined his phone didn't have the handicap accessible button, downloaded that from the Google play store and activated the feature. It is working perfectly! Brandon was very patient with my brother and very kind. The other employees were also very friendly. Highly recommend only going to this store T-mobile!”
