JCP is classic department store. The staff and customer service people are great. They are very helpful and so nice. I know The Citadel isn't what it use to be. But Penny's hasn't seemed to change and that's meant to be a compliment. There are deals to find here. Much better shopping than Kohls.

Busier than I expected, and a little out of the way, but they had a lot of choices for what I needed, and a super friendly staff. The mall is still a bit of a sad looking landmark, and I don’t recommend going at night.

Best smoothie in my life! Had so much fun. P.S. the smoothie I got was a medium size horchata with dragonfruit and lemon boba I also added yogurt. Also this please is great because you can add ANYTHING! Try it out!
