“These people are amazingly kind! I am 40 and a bit over weight and I’m doing beginner ballet for the first time. I went in and the lady that helped me was encouraging and helped me find the perfect ballet slipper. Any ballet supply store can sell you slippers but not everyone can be this level of kind and encouraging. Thank you 😊 🩰”

“Had to stop in the store for an exchange. This was the first—and only—time I’ve ever had an issue with an Athleta garment. The stitching on the waistband was coming undone, which was really unusual given the consistently excellent quality of their clothing.
Thankfully, Brooke made the exchange process completely seamless. I didn’t have my receipt, so she had to do some digging through my Athleta account history, but she was incredibly patient and helpful and was able to exchange it for the exact same item.
Every time I visit this store, the team is helpful and willing to offer great alternatives beyond my usual go-to pieces. More than once, I’ve ended up discovering a new favorite because of their suggestions!

I love the store and the people but what is the deal with the leak catchers all over the store? I understand brief leak but these have been here since May. It's unfortunate that JcPenny can't afford to fix their ceiling I'd like to know the reason but it looks a little trashy. I hope you all get it fixed soon. Do you need a new roof? I know those can be expensive.
