Lisa did an excellent and creative design with her CAD software, which gave us a very realistic view of how things were going to look. The "before" printouts and the "after" reality were perfectly matched! She also saved us a ton of time by having all of the selectable items (that we liked) in their store, like cabinets, tile, etc. As a result, we couldn't believe how quickly the design phase was completed.Once all the materials were in hand, DreamMaker's Mike was the main contractor to do the hands-on work (plus his subcontractors). He was extremely fast, personable and talented. I was irritated I had to make the trek back to the store, and surprised the item broke because its usually good quality there, but I still give 5 stars because its really about the people and how they handle situations like this, how they take care of their customers and provide excellent customer service. “My wife and I chose Planet Granite to install countertops for our kitchen island and counters. They did an excellent job from the initial visit to pick out materials to the final product installation. Reese spent time with us to look over numerous countertop material options and provided excellent suggestions. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He patiently answered our many questions. The template measurement process was also very positive. The technician that did the measurement/layout was professional and knowledgeable. He also provided excellent suggestions regarding overhangs and corner radius. The template he generated made for a perfect fit for the installation. The installation crew were also excellent. They were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The overall Planet Granite experience was excellent and I highly recommend them for countertops.”
