We have been coming to this location since we moved to Colorado, and there is a reason we continue to come back. The customer service here is truly exceptional. From the second you walk through the door, you are greeted with a smile and made to feel welcome. And when you leave, they actually thank you and say goodbye. It sounds simple, but after experiencing the complete opposite elsewhere, you realize how much those little things matter.
Everyone here is consistently friendly, patient, helpful, and genuinely happy to assist. They are 1000% customer-focused and always willing to go above and beyond. We have brought in packages, envelopes, labels, and different shipping needs over the years, and instead of immediately telling us what they CAN’T do, they always seem to look for a way they CAN help. They have even printed labels for us when needed. We have never been made to feel like we were an inconvenience.
We recently tried the newer UPS Store much closer to our home, and honestly, the difference was NIGHT AND DAY. After multiple experiences with employees who were unfriendly, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in helping, it made us appreciate this Postal Annex even more.
Customer service is not just about providing a service. It is about how you treat people who choose to spend their money at your business, and this location absolutely gets that.
So even though we now have another shipping store practically around the corner, we will happily drive the extra miles to come here instead. Great customer service earns loyalty, and this Postal Annex has absolutely earned ours.

“Amazing job on packing and shipping a fragile item!!! When I dropped the art piece off at the store, the help was so professional and understood my needs in having it shipped without any damage. The box arrived today and I was blown away with the care they took (Found out that it was Robert who actually packaged it) the way he personally wrapped and made a cradle to hold this piece so that it wouldn’t get crushed was, again, amazing!!! So thank you Robert and gang for the professional, caring, amazing job of shipping and protecting this item!!!

The team at this location is great, and part of the reason I keep renewing. Even when they're absolutely slammed (usually during lunch) I always receive warm and personal service.”

“I have a personal mailbox (PMB) at this location. I travel out of the country very frequently. I call in once a week to have the staff scan my mail and send it to me (email). I typically get the email within the hour. They are friendly professional and it is a joy to work with them.
I recently had a package delivered and I happened to be in the states and dropped by. They are as friendly and helpful in person as they are over the phone.
I cannot say enough good things about these people.”
