“Last week on Thursday I was discharged from a hospital after having a baby. We were looking for a pump that is covered by the insurance I have and entering into this building changed a lot of things.
Pam greeted us and she went into what she can offer. We went through all of the items and how they work. We walked away with not just a pump but with all healing needs for faster recovery. This place is very helpful and resourceful. I have learned about how much more there to post portum.

“The 5 Stars are for your super efficient and friendly delivery drivers, your amazing sales reps and the people that work under them. Katie and her assistant maybe (sorry I forget his name) have handled every issue I’ve had or directed me to the correct people to fix any issues I’ve had or needed to actually contact someone there. That brings me to my only issue. When you call in as the patients parent you get dismissed, talked to condescendingly by whoever picks up and sent to the wrong people or flat out told the wrong information with an attitude. It was like pulling teeth to get through to nutrition when I get supplemental formula that is pretty specific and needed to speak with her. She was really good too. Knew all your options and even tried to see what you guys have similar and called back with notes on how each was similar or different from what I’m getting now. You still don’t carry what I need feeding wise but she has product knowledge and did even more research for me on top of it. That was really nice of her honestly. To be so Fr if I have to actually call the provider line to speak with someone who’s going to treat me with respect and actually connect me to who I need to speak with there. So everything 5 stars but the patient line. Please remind those people that they are usually talking to caregivers that don’t need any more added stress and we can’t waste time. That time we spent calling you and weren’t getting through or were getting the run around is only keeping our patients and/or children from getting what they need. Or you’re speaking to the actual patient it is not ok to treat patients like that it’s stressful for no reason.
Other than that 5 ⭐️ for everyone else, actually impressed for a dme company. I’ve been through a few. I can’t even give you guys less than 5 stars though, just please put on Sesame Street at some point and teach the people that answer the patient line how to talk to others and possibly re train them or teach them about any of the products you guys carry, give them a cheat sheet maybe, and when to transfer people to someone with more knowledge if they don’t know something because it’s medical supplies. It’s serious.”
“Kathy was incredible. The way she worked to help me find and secure emergency medical supplies was phenomenal. When you first walk in the service is A+. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable it made my trip quick and easy. I would recommend this company to anyone who has struggled with medical supply issues. I seriously cannot thank them enough and will be using them anyway possible in the future!”

“I was visiting Colorado Springs for the national meeting of the Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association when I realized I left my CPAP mask back at our house in Kansas City, MO. I CAN'T sleep without my CPAP so I was in a panic. Went a couple days without sleep and couldn't handle it anymore. Motorcycles and sleep deprivation don't mix well. The gals at the front desk and phone took great care of me, explained everything concisely and got me taken care of getting me the equipment I needed to be able to sleep while on my trip. Was a little on the pricey side but not out of reach and well worth being able to sleep, but they really saved me from a miserable experience so I'm very grateful.”

“My go to place for cute scrubs! I went in for a new pair of scrub pants and came out with 3 new sets of scrubs. They have so many to choose from and the sizes xxs and xs, which can be hard to find. The woman that works there, I didn’t get her name, but she was so helpful and was going out of her way to find the styles and sizes I wanted. I’d rather shop here at the store than look online so I know that they’ll fit and I know exactly what I’m getting and I have them NOW. The prices are a little high but I think it’s worth it for the convenience. I will definitely be back!!”

“I cannot say enough praise about the Lincare. I was traveling through Colorado Springs and forgot to pack all the components of my CPAP machine. After chasing around town to locate the missing items, another health care service recommended that I contact this Lincare. I drove over immediately and had the items shortly without even charging me. Because of them, my sleep apnea is not a concern while traveling and a good night sleep is possible again.”
