“5 star review here. They folks are great! We were flying up from Texas for a 5 days weekend in the Mountains and my wife is super susceptible to high altitude sickness. We called a few places before Nepenthe and for whatever reason things were difficult to rent a simple oxygen concentrator. These guys made it easy and after we sent in a prescription it was turn key. The equipment was great and truly made a big difference for our trip. These folks are now our go-to going forward anytime we come up to CO Springs. Thanks again guys! Really appreciate it!”

“I was visiting Colorado Springs for the national meeting of the Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association when I realized I left my CPAP mask back at our house in Kansas City, MO. I CAN'T sleep without my CPAP so I was in a panic. Went a couple days without sleep and couldn't handle it anymore. Motorcycles and sleep deprivation don't mix well. The gals at the front desk and phone took great care of me, explained everything concisely and got me taken care of getting me the equipment I needed to be able to sleep while on my trip. Was a little on the pricey side but not out of reach and well worth being able to sleep, but they really saved me from a miserable experience so I'm very grateful.”

He went the extra mile to assure me that my medical needs were foremost. He not only serviced the equipment, but replaced the concentrator once he determined the device was not delivering consistent air. He provided a thorough explanation on patient preventative maintenance and assured me that my health was paramount.
