We met Jeremy and Christian who were so professional and helpful. “I came to this location with a unique issue that required fraud prevention to be involved. Although my issue was not resolved, the entire team assisted me during the 4 hours I was there. From Jason attempting numerous times to have an ESIM tied to the phone, to Brandon assisting me an hour after his shift ended, to Chris giving me his personal phone number ensuring me this issue will be resolved on his day off. This staff truly cares about their customers and I will be sending my clients, friends, and family to this location for new purchases and upgrades. I appreciate the assistance these professionals provided.”

Me and my BF had come in a few weeks before and she remembered us, (which is great customer service imo) but also we had a few questions about an automated text we had gotten and she explained everything and cleared up all our questions, and I feel bad cuz I know they were supposed to be closing up but me and my boyfriend were chit-chatting cuz she's a really nice person, lol, but once we realized that we left. But she didn't try to rush us out like most people do at any kind of store if it's after or even near closing. She deserves a raise ya'll, if you need cricket go to this location and ask for Salina.”

“Unbelievable customer service from Alonzo. When I say Unbelievable, I mean Unbelievable. I showed up at 5:08 with a phone that barely worked with water damage from the night before. The screen wasn't working. But the first thing I did was that I had to send a message to someone important that I couldn't send on my phone, so he willingly volunteered to send it with his own phone without asking. He took his time to show me what all my options were. I decided to add another line which sounds easy, but it was just the beginning of a nightmare. Because I asked him to transfer information from phone to phone, and my phone couldn't function properly, but it could function just a little. Without hesitation, he spent the next hour and a half trying to do Smart Switch on my phone when half of my keys don't work. And any time, he could have just said nope. Instead, he went to work trying everything he could think of, trying to get my information from the broken phone to the new device. He never complained, whined, rolled his eyes, or nothing. At the end, we succeeded by a small miracle and managed to get all of my information to my new phone. However, I don't think there are too many people who would willingly do what he did. He went above and beyond what was expected of him. I've never had anyone work so hard in any way for nothing. I was ready to quit many times, but, he kept telling me that we could try something else and he worked through the entire maze of obstacles without stopping. Unfortunately, I have a lot of medical issue's and I need a phone desperately. Without my phone, my life would have been far more difficult. Finally, he's a 26 year old man who spent two hours with a 62 year old guy who knows nothing about technology. And he knew i was lost, and he took the time to help me. Nobody has ever helped me this much in a sales capacity. Finally, he got me an amazing deal with a new line and was able to get me the greatest deal ever. 65 dollars for a new line, free phone, and all my data transferred. He's an asset to this company and hopefully his supervisors and managers see that his kindness and patience were beyond belief.”

“I had been with AT&T for 30 years and was done with them. I couldn’t take the monthly bills continuously creeping up, and probably the worst customer service on the planet any longer. Everything is excruciatingly difficult with them. I finally migrated my family over to Cricket (yes, a subsidiary of AT&T, but a very different, far better experience, and way cheaper). AT&T made the process darn near impossible but the staff at this Cricket store was extremely patient and very helpful. Tamara was excellent and hung in there with me the whole time, and Hayleigh offered a bunch of excellent support as well. These 2 ladies made my day from hell, waiting on the phone with AT&T, much more tolerable. So a big shout out to them for providing superior knowledge and great customer service!”
