“I had a outrageous bill I just couldn’t afford and came in today;Ari I believe is his name gave me great customer service ,he was even polite enough to say is the music playing okay for your toddler to hear. Just very respectful!! There was two customers that were behind me and he had simply and calmly said I believe you left a bad review ,I recognize you , instead of reacting calmly saying you are mistaken the other customers made a scene got very loud and immediately left. I don’t see how he was anything but civil and calm? But I’d still recommend him to help you !!! My little one got a tablet to watch on our long drives and she was very happy”

“We live in Pueblo and tried to upgrade and change our numbers, the staff in Pueblo acted like they did not want to help so we traveled all the way down to colorado springs. We met Jeremy and Christian who were so professional and helpful. They upgraded all 5 of our phones and gave us all new numbers ( we moved to Colorado from Pennsylvania) I highly recommend anyone to go see them. “I came to this location with a unique issue that required fraud prevention to be involved. Although my issue was not resolved, the entire team assisted me during the 4 hours I was there. From Jason attempting numerous times to have an ESIM tied to the phone, to Brandon assisting me an hour after his shift ended, to Chris giving me his personal phone number ensuring me this issue will be resolved on his day off. This staff truly cares about their customers and I will be sending my clients, friends, and family to this location for new purchases and upgrades. “My wife and I went to Cricket Wireless at the South 8th St. location to get her a new phone. We were met by Serena, one of the most thoughtful and knowledgeable employees I have ever dealt with at a Cricket store. Seeing that my wife was disabled, she immediately came out with a chair for her. She then took us through the features of different phones and helped my wife select one based on her needs. Not only that, but also helped her to select a smart watch for health monitoring. The entire time, Serena carried on conversation with us about our interests, hobbies, activities, etc. I felt like I was talking to a family friend. Serena actually stayed a little past closing time to finish helping us. I truly appreciate Serena and Cricket for this. I wish all Cricket employees were more like her as she really seems to enjoy helping customers. I will definitely go back to this location because of Serena.”
