Ordered a rug pad for one of the two rugs I ordered. After waiting 5 months, I finally cancelled the order. Had already been charged but was unable to get my refund for several weeks and LOTS of time on the phone.Example of a company that has grown so big they no longer care about their customers.

Worst customer service I have encountered in The Springs. Every time I walk in they ignore customers and you literally have to run after them to ask a question. Their products are fairly high quality but they seem to hire people who don't want to actually sell something or at a minimum welcome you in.

3 months in and we still don't have our furniture delivered. Nobody seems to know where it is. I have had to call dozens of times and no luck. What an awful experience. Pottery Barn also doesn't allow ship to store for this location. You are required to go to Denver.
