“Owner is super friendly and I will be back! While a few treasures are placed outside, these do not prepare you for what your eyes behold inside......from old sleds to Coca-Cola items to crystal to silver to statues to globes to vintage dinnerware and lots of in-between. No space is rented, the whole shop is purely a product of a couple's dreams. Make sure you have the time to explore, because you will loose track of it!”

“The Rustic Roost is a "treasure hunters" delight! There are over 80 vendors to peruse offering antiques, furniture, home goods, tools, jewelry, clothing, and so much more. With so many delightful finds, leaving the store empty handed is usually not an option. This store is a great little gem in the "heart of the Springs" on Palmer Park Boulevard. “I never received the item I ordered. I paid for it FedEx claimed it was delivered.My apartment building, the Swartmore, has a manager and we have security cameras inside and outside the entrance. Our manager provided several photos, most of them useless, of the delivery. One can see the person and him holding a package along with his electronic delivery verification and signature device.I needed the photo of him leaving the building, yet my manager refused to provide this footage. She then complained to EJF Management and the SCOA Board of Directors that I was unreasonable in my requests. I am a permanently disabled individual, and the daily handicaps I must overcome are not visible to the naked eye.My SCOA building manager, employed by EJF Management shut me down and told me to file a police report.Remarkably, La Fuente, and Emmett specifically, assisted me and a new frame for the Talavera number tiles will be able to be assembled and hung. I hope it isn't stolen as my police report includes 5 recent thefts in our building.Service response is often more important than the initial order. I am impressed and humbled that Emmett came to my assistance and resolved the problem.Thank you Emmett and La Fuente. I can only give you the highest praise and convey my deepest gratitude for your actions”

I walked into Western Hardscape where Bralio went out of his way to help me out, first explaining what I needed, telling me how to do it, then rushing a color order so I wouldn't have to come back the next day. All this was for a very small order.”

“First off a huge shout out to Diedra at Arhaus. The staff at briargate complex was friendly and amazing at their job. Everything went smoothly at the store as we bought quite a lot of items via several transactions.We worked with Diedra and Linda who were knowledgeable and offered excellent customer service.However the delivery experience was nothing short of absolutely terrible. The delivery and the warehouse staff don’t communicate at all and the system they use is a nightmare.After confirming the delivery would not take more than 2-4 days once items were available at the Denver warehouse we were given a delivery date about a month away despite majority of our order being ready and available to deliver. Plus the delivery staff had no clue how to handle the delivery given the separate transactions. We kept getting called by different people who said they couldn’t deliver about 40 pieces of furniture since 2 items on the list were not ready to be shipped. They said “the system” did not allow for a delivery until all the items arrived. We were quite furious and disappointed about not being able to get anywhere with the delivery system and ultimately I reached out to Diedra who talked to her manager and made a delivery truck out to us earlier than initial scheduled delivery date. The delivery, warehouse and the store are three different systems that don’t communicate with each other. It took us several calls to make the delivery happen. Given furniture delivery is the core of any big furniture store this was a disappointing experience .Ultimately things worked out but after a lot of effort which is not what I am used to with other furniture stores. Also,hats off to the delivery guys who took care of our huge order. They were kind and patient and definitely short staffed that day. Two delivery guys were sent for all the furniture we bought (which was a lot) with no names on any of the furniture pieces so the delivery process also took all day.Sorry to say despite the phenomenal staff at briargate and the exceptional service provided by the delivery guys assigned to this job,given the experience of scheduling the delivery was such a nightmare we might have to rethink another purchase from Arhaus, atleast for big furniture pieces. This is definitely a disservice to the amazing staff at Arhaus and hope this feedback is taken seriously to change things around for a better customer experience.”

“Just a tad bit confusing location to get into but not that bad. Large lot to back into docks once you get there (GPS WILL NOT BRING YOU TO THE WAREHOUSE, you’ll need to maneuver to the docks via google maps satellite view). Ring buzzer next to door to notify shipping/receiving of your arrival. I got there right as they opened and the secretary wasn’t at the desk yet so I just stood there like a lump on a log. I asked several people who I need to talk to and they literally ONLY know their own particular job in their particular corner and probably not even aware that there is a shipping/receiving area let alone DOCKS for trucks ??? talk about being a cog in the industry. Once you press the buzzer someone magically appears ???♂️”
