“Desiree was there with us within 30 seconds of walking in the front door. She was very attentive to my physical needs and made sure I was a comfortable as possible. She listened to what we needed in a mattress and we tried 3 before deciding on the perfect Tempur Pedic mattress. She made sure to look at Tempur Pedic's website to make sure the sale on my pillow was still good. We took care of the purchase and we were out the door in 45 minutes. I will call her for all future bedding needs.”

She also provided me a contact to get rid of an old base which mattress firm doesn’t handle, and that worked out perfectly!

They were so helpful and proceeded to get me set up with a new pair. “I've been in the store many times but have never purchased there. They have some nice things but not a huge variety and I feel they're a little over priced. That said, I have more formal and European taste. I didn't find much that was baroque or rococo. Most places carry what's popular. This place is the same. I want unique well made furniture not what's popular. As far as the staff goes, I've found it's a mixture of aloof and friendly. It depends who's there. One would think, if you're spending money, everyone there would be skippy happy friendly and ready to assist you. Service is dead as the Dodo in the US.”
