“We've had Glaser Energy since 2020 when we purchased our home. Company and drivers are reliable & professional with friendly customer service. They have an online bill payment service which works well!”
“We called to see about propane refill for our R.V. the gentleman who answered the phone stated they did and they would rearrange the vehicles to accommodate us even though they were closing in 10 minutes. Very helpful.”

“It seemed pretty easy to rent a truck. The front desk staff were kind and helpful. When we had to extend the amount of time we needed, one of the employees in that office didn't treat my Stepdad very well (on the phone). Otherwise, it seemed like a good experience.”
“I have not had any issues with Ferrellgas. They have a meter on the gas that tells them when my gas gets down to a certain percentage and they show up and fill it up. Zero hassle. My card is automatically charged each time they fill up the tank. I never run out of gas and if there is a blizzard, I know I will still have several weeks of gas in my tank. It is quite relieving since I live on a dirt road that sometimes becomes completely inaccessible depending on the weather.”
“I just wanted to say the staff here is awesome! I just moved here from California and I used a U-Box to ship my stuff. I was nervous to ship my stuff at first but everything turned out great. My box arrived a day early, and Amy and another woman whose name I didn't catch have been super helpful and flexible with my busy schedule the last couple of days. Their communication with calling me to check when I was going to stop by my box was great and it was ready for me and easy to find with my name on it when I got there. I also think it's great that they give you a couple weeks to keep your box there for free which worked out perfect with my new apartment lease. I will definitely be using this location for the rest of my moving needs!”

“Nothing to improve! I had the best experience with check in. Chuck/Charles was helping me out. Turns out I went to the wrong location, however he was able to move my reservation to this location and it cut back the moving day stress so much. He was friendly and professional.”
“Drivers are very friendly and helpful. However, we have 2 tanks on our property and the smaller tank is never on the drivers paperwork to check. We have to mention it to the driver, they are very good about checking the smaller tank after we ask them to do it. Need to include tanks listed on our account.”
