“Nothing to improve! I had the best experience with check in. Chuck/Charles was helping me out. Turns out I went to the wrong location, however he was able to move my reservation to this location and it cut back the moving day stress so much. He was friendly and professional.”
“I have not had any issues with Ferrellgas. They have a meter on the gas that tells them when my gas gets down to a certain percentage and they show up and fill it up. Zero hassle. My card is automatically charged each time they fill up the tank. I never run out of gas and if there is a blizzard, I know I will still have several weeks of gas in my tank. It is quite relieving since I live on a dirt road that sometimes becomes completely inaccessible depending on the weather.”
“Drivers are very friendly and helpful. However, we have 2 tanks on our property and the smaller tank is never on the drivers paperwork to check. We have to mention it to the driver, they are very good about checking the smaller tank after we ask them to do it. Need to include tanks listed on our account.”
