“Thank you to the team at Fleet Feet, but especially to Kathy, for helping me choose new shoes. Not just once, but twice! My first time in, they gave me the full scan process and I learned that I actually needed to be wearing an entire size larger in running shoes than I had thought. Kathy was super patient and worked with me to find what we thought was the ideal pair of shoes for me. After a few weeks, the shoes just weren't working for my feet, so I went back in and we started the whole process again. We tried some other models and Kathy recommended some socks for me to wear with a new pair of shoes. I am just so appreciative of the team and Kathy for helping me (a new runner who has no idea what I should be looking for), and then being so kind and patient. The store itself has a great selection, the best technology, wonderful gear, and competitive pricing for high quality items. I'll definitely be back for more gear as I continue my endeavor to become a runner!”

“One of the best shoe fitting experiences I've ever had. Nothing beats an in person consultation (Thanks Orlando!) I had been struggling with a blister on my foot. No matter what I did, it would flare up each time I walked or hiked. I'd been struggling with this for two years and wasted a lot of money on the wrong type of shoes. It's been about three weeks since I purchased shoes from here. No blisters for the first time in a long time and my feet feel great after my hike!”

“My two baton twirling girls currently own 6!! beautiful costumes from Sharene Designs. We're not done, we plan to purchase more! Why would we go anywhere else? All of their costumes are HIGH QUALITY. My girls love the feel of their costumes. They're never too heavy and don't restrict their range of motion, which is so important in baton twirling. Plus! The judges love their costumes and always comment on the vibrant colors and beautiful designs. Every time we've ordered a costume from Sharene Designs, it's been an incredible experience. They're knowledgable and so reliable. Our costumes ALWAYS arrive on time and! with a matching scrunchy. Truly, don't take your money anywhere else.”

“I've taken a few of my rifles to HTC for repairs and Rich has delivered above and beyond. Most recently, I bought a new barrel from HTC and had Rich chamber it in a wildcat round. The barrel and chamber look superb through my borescope. I'm in the process of barrel-break-in so am not certain of the accuracy yet, but I am confident it's going to be a shooter! “Because I have small feet, I have a pretty rare size shoe, but I was fortunate enough to find a pair of walking shoes in my size. The two young ladies that were in there today were friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and patient with me and my son as we looked around the store, after I’d tried on and chose my shoes. I was also able to find decreases and sneaker balls for my son’s shoes. Whenever me or a family member need shoes or anything shoe related, we will most definitely return to this store. “I have shopped here multiple times, out of convenience, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I have set foot in this store - whether for a large purchase, or just to browse - I have received some of the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in my 40+ years on this planet. Neimans could NEVER! Nordstroms does NOT!!! I'm actually being so for real, Big 5 staff blows any LUXURY shopping experience out of the water, which is crazy because it's so affordable I never would have expected the level of service and care here. Jayden helped me last time I was in, and went above and beyond to help me find the right size roller skates for a gift. Mark is also great, he's helped me before too, and Samantha was super friendly upon just walking in the store. In today's day and age, truly good customer service seems to be a thing of the past often, and it may seem like a little thing, but I really appreciate it!!! This place has super discounted prices AND a level of service that you can hardly find at the bougiest of stores anymore! Love these guys”
“Very friendly staff, and a wide variety of snacks such as donuts, ice cream, sodas, energy drinks, etc… They also have other items such as cool little gadgets, bags, phone chargers, grocery items, etc. Conoco is also in a medium sized shopping center with other places within walking distance. The parking is good, and every time I go there there’s always a parking spot available including handicap spots. Love this place a lot and I will continue doing business with Conoco!”
