U-Haul Moving & Storage at Rockrimmon is a long-standing business offering truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage for local or long-distance moves. The facility is huge, clean, and easy to get to, with a perfect temperature. The staff is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and understanding. The online reservation process is super easy. Customers note it is important to book in advance, as waiting until the last minute can mean trucks are sold out. While the rental service is considered fairly affordable, packing materials in-house are noted as very expensive. The location provides a very well-rounded experience for moving needs.
Simple reservation process online, pickup smooth, drop off smooth, and trailer performed as expected.

Honestly the best U-haul location I've ever used (and I am a frequent U-haul customer all over the US). The truck was clean, pick-up and drop-off were quick and simple, and the front desk staff was very nice. Access to the shop is easy and has lots of parking.

Nicole (or Natalie, so sorry but I can’t remember her name fully) was amazing. She was very helpful and very responsive. I needed a truck for a quick move and I was able to get one. There was also an issue with my reservation from when I called and she resolved it. Truck was clean and easy to use
