U-Pack is a convenient and budget-friendly long-distance moving service. Customers consistently report a smooth, simple, and stress-free experience. The reservation and booking process is quick and easy, facilitated by a helpful website and courteous, easy-to-reach customer service representatives who answer all questions. The service is reliable, with trailers or containers delivered and picked up on time as promised. Movers appreciate the flexibility, noting accommodations for special schedules and extra unloading time. Many customers highlight the sense of security and confidence in the service, with belongings arriving undamaged. The cost is repeatedly described as reasonable and price-effective. While the containers are tall, some note a challenge fitting extra-large furniture, and handling the equipment requires reasonable muscle. The service is highly recommended for military moves, with perfect timing and assistance with paperwork. Multiple reviewers state they will definitely use U-Pack for future moves.
We moved across the country with upack and they made it so easy and stress free! Both of our people in Durham NC and Colorado Springs CO that came to drop off and pick up the pod were fantastic! Thank you so much
