They’re always crazy understaffed here, but the customer service makes all the difference. While waiting in line one of the associates apologized for the wait and said they’d be with us as soon as they could. They both were trying to multitask and help two different customers to speed things up.

Unfortunately my overnight package ended up taking two days instead of one due to an oversight. That being said, Chad is amazing from a customer service standpoint and did everything he could to make it right. Mistakes happen but major kudos for the staff owning up to the error and sorting everything out.
