“Creekside Terrace was the perfect place for my husband and I to get married at. We toured it last year and they have been the best venue ever. They are very responsive and their entire team is literally perfect. We had Lindsey as a coordinator and I’m so happy because she was kind, caring, supportive and just all around an amazing gal. The other team members were amazing as well, attentive, kind and very friendly. If I could get married again I’d come here for both the gorgeous greenery, the vibes and the team.
Aside from our amazing coordinator Lindsey, our captain Kaylee was fantastic, the bartender Tyler stayed on top of it and was very kind, Eli was also amazing and supportive helping us all around and making sure we had our drinks, Nicole was absolutely the sweetest person, Dakota was so kind and made some delicious food, and I didn’t meet him, but Josh was amazing as our dishwasher and I appreciate him immensely as well! And finally, our DJs Maggie and Derek were exceptional. They were so incredible at making sure our day was filled with fantastic music and they hit the spot and went above and beyond.
Special shoutout to the other coordinators Skyler and Ivy. I probably texted back and forth and called them so many times throughout the entire wedding planning process, but they were so kind and helpful. If you’re thinking about going with Creekside Terrace as your venue, absolutely do it, they’re so trustworthy and kind. I loved everything about my special day!”

“We recently got married at Black Forest Meadows and had a wonderful experience! Deborah and Ed have created a beautiful property that was exactly what we were looking for. They have years of experience and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire planning process.
The alpacas were such a fun and memorable part of our wedding day (our guests loved them) and it’s clear how well cared for they are. We also appreciated being able to visit the venue multiple times before the big day, and Deborah and Ed were always generous with their time and support in helping us coordinate the details.
Although it rained (not uncommon for Colorado in late May), we still had a beautiful day. We held our ceremony on the lawn and moved the rest of the celebration under the pavilion. The two heaters were lifesavers (two more would have made it even warmer).
The only thing we would have changed is having two separate getting ready spaces (one for each side of the wedding party), but we made it work!
If you love animals, the outdoors, and want that mountain feel without the long drive, we highly recommend checking out Black Forest Meadows!”
“Our August Wedding at Stonehaven Event Center!
We had our wedding at Stonehaven Event Center this past August, and it was absolutely perfect! The venue itself is gorgeous, with Blodgett Peak as the most stunning backdrop — the photos truly don’t do it justice. Even with about 80 guests, it never felt crowded; the space felt open, elegant, and intimate all at once.
The owners and coordinators, Conrad and Roxanna, are such a wonderful husband-and-wife team. They were kind, professional, and made everything run so smoothly. You can really tell they care about every couple and treat your day like it’s their own.
They recommended A Piece of Cake Catering, who were easy to work with, and even helped arrange our DJ, which made the planning process so easy.
Despite a few light showers during the day, everything turned out beautifully — the mountain views, the setup, and the cozy atmosphere made it unforgettable.
If you’re looking for a budget-friendly wedding venue that still feels elegant and full of heart, I can’t recommend Stonehaven Event Center enough. It’s a hidden gem with that true family touch!”
“My boyfriend took me to see The Wallflowers and it was such an amazing show!! We enjoyed the venue, the staff, and the concert! It was a relaxed vibe and we felt comfortable and had enough room to dance and feel good in our seats.....4th row from the stage. Definitely get tickets beforehand if you're looking for an upgraded seat. D-Box motion seats are worth the upgrade! They not only have the motion and vibration but they recliner and have warmers.”

Steven is one of the nicest people we have ever met, and he was so accommodating throughout the entire process, even when we had to rebook because of the pandemic. “This charming, quaint old Victorian is cared for by Arlene, a kindly woman who tells a wealth of historical facts about Colorado Springs. The elegantly antique-appointed rooms are clean, with modern bathrooms, comfortable bedding and books to enjoy in lieu of televisions. Highly romantic for lovers young and old! The breakfast and conversation with the other guests was delightful.”

“I saw The Guess Who here, my first rock concert in 1971! About a month before my 12th birthday ? by 1974 I saw Rare Earth here twice and REO Speedwagon on the Riding The Storm Out tour ? I saw amazing bands here growing up and they are some of my funnest memories. All in all I probably saw at least 12 concerts here in the 70s and Ozzy Osbourne in 1981 on the Crazy Train tour. This building will always have a place in my heart ❤️ And I was always on the front row in front of the stage because I was im so little, not even 5 ft. I knew how to worm my way through the crowd ??? long live rock and the Colorado Springs City Auditorium! Photo was taken of me and my brother by our mom, before The Guess Who concert in fall 1971.. unbelievable that I still have this pic on my fridge ✌️❤️?”

“Had my daughters sweet 16 here and I do not know where to start. First thing is the space is open and absolutely huge. It can easily accommodate 500 people in my eyes. Second this is the best "bang for buck" you will ever have venue wise. We called around to many places and Ha-Ros was the cheapest, biggest and also had the best payment plan. Third is LOCATION LOCATION AND LOCATION. By far the best venue near Fountain, Peterson AFB and Fort Carson. Finally they offer things in which NO OTHER VENUE OFFERS with the prime example being a mechanical bull. Give Ha-Ros a call you will not be disappointed.”

“What a cool hotel! We booked a family room for our family of 5. It was very spacious, and we loved the full AND half baths! The beds were comfortable, and the staff was kind. Just a perfect space. The decor and layout of the hotel was stylish and modern. Would definitely recommend.”

Cooper, our party host, was AMAZING! He made sure the party room was set up and ready to go when the kids were done with their playtime. He was great about making sure the party ran smoothly and communicating with me what was next.
I love that we were able to bring in our own food and that Little Monkey Bizness provided the plates and pitchers.of water. They even had my kiddo's name written on the board to wish them a Happy Birthday. Such an enjoyable experience and I appreciate that Little Monkey Bizness took care of the cleanup.

“I went to see John Wick: Chapter 4 on Friday March 24th, 2023 when it was finally first released! It had been delayed for a really long time because of the Covid pandemic! I really love John Wick: Chapter 4! I've seen all the John Wick movies now!
Updated: I went to see the Mandalorian & Grogu when it was finally released on Friday May 22nd, 2026 that was a Matinee time also. I really liked the movie. It was funny in some scenes to laugh also.
Updated: I went to go see the movie Michael on May 29, 2026 and that movie was extremely excellent! Especially since I remember growing up when I was a little girl and listening to him sing and see his music videos also.”
“We had our 2024 company Christmas party here and it was a blast! Krista Dyson was the event coordinator who helped put together the whole thing, and she was extremely professional, courteous, and organized. The staff is very well managed and professional, the food was beyond phenomenal (the Apple Bourbon Chicken in particular was a big favorite), and the space was perfect in terms of ambience, atmosphere, and privacy.
