Steve and his right-hand man Jeff provide highly experienced oversight to his well trained staff of mechanics who are thorough in their work, making sure the job gets done right. They explain what needs to be done to fix the problem. They also have experience working on older vehicles like my 1991 Ford Explorer with over 450,000 miles which is rare. After replacing my AC System and Power Steering Pump at a reasonable cost, I had a problem with work done at a Ford Dealership. Steve diagnosed the rear differential fluid leak in under five minutes at no charge and Ford fixed the problem they caused at no charge, but only because of Steve's keen eye.
