When I went in yesterday Zach was able to identify the issue and even waited with technical support for over 25 minutes on the phone to add data onto my phone. He was extremely helpful and polite!”

His knowledge and wits about how everything worked and functioned left me fully confident in every decision I took. Again this was a while ago and I still think about our interaction because it was a perfect example of good customer service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Even brought me water as we worked through the transition , which cost me $30, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. Hoping this will be a great new service for me in 2024!”

“I went to 2 different Boost mobile stores a couple different times each and they either didn’t have the phone they where advertising in the window or were closed in the middle of the day(crazy, no sign of “out to lunch” or “be back soon”), they were just closed. But I went to this location and David got my gf and I set up in new plans in the phones we wanted within 30 minutes and was answering questions before we could ask them.The other locations seemed annoyed we were disturbing their private time. But David was super helpful and seemed excited to do so. This is by far the best location. Btw…are you working tomorrow David, we need another charger and possibly a new screen protector….”

“Due to the fact that I’m un text savvy, I spent a lot of time in the store, getting the best phone and plan for my needs. what I saw when I was in the store was a crew of employees who seem to love what they do and that was loving to help people. Each and everyone of them is fantastic. One in particular it out for me because she was the person who helped me and her name is Alice. i’ve been in many many many stores over the many years that I’ve been alive and bought many things but I’ve never experienced anything like working with the sales person like Alice. She was patient. She was kind she was caring. She was professional and she was full of joy. she went above and beyond to make sure that I got the best thing for me. Verizon was not for my first cell phone company but at no other place had my needs been met like they were at Verizon thanks to the crew at the store and Alice in particular. you wanna know you got the best phone for you? Do you wanna know you got the best plan for you? Do you want to feel like your needs were hurting you were taking care of as opposed to just being sold something? Do you want to feel like, they’ll always take care of you as opposed to just taking care of you to the point of you walk out the store? well, I would definitely suggest to go to the store.”

There's such a great selection of phones here, I'm going to maybe switch to Xfinity mobile as well! It's a one-stop shop for everything digital! Cable TV, Internet & Mobile phone! There's home security also, so I might look into that too! They should sell TV's here! Cha Ching!”
