“We we're in this store on 6/9, The store was absolutely swamped and we were being assisted by the manager Matt, who did an amazing job navigating through a large queue assisting us and training new hires at the same time! Our problem was we had a SIM block on our account and had just received a new phone through the insurance company and the only way of activating it was calling through care and having them assist us! Matt did an exceptional job of getting our phone back up and running while also managing the store and training his new hires how to give exceptional customer service! Wait, time is a little long at this store.They definitely need more staff , but overall exceptional customer service at this location!”
