“We used Streamwise 6 years ago to help us cut the cord. Since then we've saved a ton of money over what Comcast was charging for internet plus cable. They send a tech to your house and the tech sets everything (including an antenna) up, makes sure it's working and that you understand how to use it. A particularly good service for people like my wife and I who are on the senior side. Update 10/02/26 - we had Streamwise come back to help us with a problem with our Fire TV Recast which was old and losing it's ability to communicate with our TV's. The Recast was a great piece of equipment made by Amazon but for some reason Amazon decided to quit making it so we needed to replace it in order to continue having the ability to record and pause local channels. We like to record the Bronco games and fast forward thru all the commercials. Juan came to our home and didn't waste any time getting our views on the problem and explaining how would fix it. Juan was very personable and knowledgeable and efficient. As I mentioned previously my wife and I are seniors and not really tech savvy so Juan walked us thru what he was doing and when it was all set up he showed us how the new system worked and made sure we understood how to use it. All in all a pleasant experience !”

Yes it's hard to park but it worth every time. Please avoid any of the stores down Alameda and Federal and wadsworth. They aren't friendly and will always get turned away.”

He didn’t try to upsell us, made sure that we got the best deal, and answered all of the questions we had. Plus, the 5 year discounted price lock for internet is great. I was so impressed, I’m considering switching to their mobile service as well, since I get a free line for a year on their plan! I will note that the first time we went, they were very busy with a couple people waiting. We came back 20 minute later and got served right away! Note that they validate parking for the next door garage, which is great because it’s a crazy $18 flat rate on weekends!!”
