“Daniel and Sharon were professional and able to fix my cracked I-phone XR screen quickly. However, beware that their costs are a bit steep.
They’ll ask you to write a review to not pay sales tax, but won’t show you cost of service until after you leave a review on the spot. I paid $120 to repair a cracked iPhone XR screen. The phone works fine but the screen color is more muted and not comparable to original quality.”
“I typically do not like going to the phone store but not only was Jesus helpful he made our time so much more enjoyable. Jesus was so informative and broke everything down for us so we knew what we were getting. He welcomed us when we walked in and got us set up with new phone. Despite it being busy he went above and beyond for us and got us the best deal for what we were looking for.”

He took about 5 minutes cleaning out my charging port and works like new again. He didn’t even charge me for the work he did. I will definitely be back when I need any of their services.”

“I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer.”

One of the assistant managers--I wish I could remember her name!--gave me impeccable service the whole time I was there, which was a few hours. She was 100% committed to problem-solving my issue and was ready to go to any lengths to do so, all while being kind, friendly, and extremely attentive (and an amazing multitasker--whoa!) My phone's screen went black and I was told to take it to best buy and they would be able to transfer my contacts.wrong, they said they could not!!
