“Daniel and Sharon were professional and able to fix my cracked I-phone XR screen quickly. However, beware that their costs are a bit steep.
They’ll ask you to write a review to not pay sales tax, but won’t show you cost of service until after you leave a review on the spot. I paid $120 to repair a cracked iPhone XR screen. The phone works fine but the screen color is more muted and not comparable to original quality.”

“I had gone to 2 jewelry stores in the mall to have a silver bracelet fitted with a new lobster clasp as the old one broke loose. Both places quoted $139, and would have to send it off-site with a 2 week wait. I was leaving and spotted a kiosk labeled "Watch & Jewelry Repair". Great service. 10 minutes. $40! He sauntered the clasp on so the jump ring wouldn't come loose again, and even deep cleaned and polished the bracelet for free. He just earned a new lifetime customer.”
“I stopped by Cell Zone today to have them look at my charging port on my phone. The guy couldn’t have been more courteous and respectful. He took about 5 minutes cleaning out my charging port and works like new again. He didn’t even charge me for the work he did. I will definitely be back when I need any of their services.”

“I came in late 10-15 minutes before the closing as I was driving around town from one location to another looking for a basic flip phone for my disabled grandparent, it was an emergency. The other location didn’t have it, so I had to drive here. The person on duty told me it was too late to service me as it will take too long. J even begged her, but she said no. Because of that I had to drive 20 minutes to Aurora mall to be serviced. And it took exactly 10 minutes for the person at Aurora mall to help me, so technically even though it was late in customer’s mind there was enough time to be helped at this location. I think it was unfair plus they lost the sale… In the past I didn’t have any issues with this location.”

One of the assistant managers--I wish I could remember her name!--gave me impeccable service the whole time I was there, which was a few hours. She was 100% committed to problem-solving my issue and was ready to go to any lengths to do so, all while being kind, friendly, and extremely attentive (and an amazing multitasker--whoa!) It’s a family run company and they are fast , and very knowledgeable about what they do. . customer service is great and they usually are really reasonable , As far as pricing goes. The guy that owns the place is awesome. I’m literally been going through these guys forever anything you need help with . Been recommencing these guys forever . I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with. But my advice to anyone who needs help with any kind of Apple products definitely this is my number one place to go, I resell laptops and phones so if I can’t fix it I go to them .”
