The 2 gentlemen that worked with me, one was Hakeem and I didn’t get the others name, were able to get me credit off my bill due to the issue and that was really awesome of them because they really didn’t need to do that.”

“Store Mgr Cesar is amazing. We have had our whole family on Cricket for some years and Cesar has helped whenever we need a new phone. But honestly, we never need anything else because service and price are stable and reliable. We love that there is no contract but we never consider leaving. I brought my elderly mom in to port her over from a problematic company and add her to our family plan. Cesar spent 1.5 hours with us bc the original company was throwing up barriers ( long wait times,etc) to her making the switch. He managed the entire process with calm and expertise. We drive past 3 Cricket stores in order to work with Cesar. His colleague was lovely, knowledgeable, and patient with us, and she managed the customers who came in while we tied up Cesar. She was also fabulous!”

I received the modem, canceled the service because I had to leave town, came back a week later and called to reconnect internet to the same modem they originally sent me. I’ve now been on hold for over an hour while the team carefully researches my case. In the meantime, I even managed to drive out, buy some beer, come back, and drink two bottles while waiting. Honestly, it’s turning into a pretty peaceful day of silence. Looking forward to eventually having internet again.”
