“I found this gym when I moved to Erie over three years ago. In that time, I have found a gym family and home that truly makes me enjoy working out. I have lost several sizes and 30 pounds in a slow and methodical way. I've done this through the workouts and nutritional advice offered by Scott and his other trainers. Most importantly, I've increased my strength and endurance more than I ever have in the past. With his fun yet firm encouragement, I have been able to push past my perceived limitations and accomplish more than I thought possible. Scott also helps work past and through any injuries safely which in turn enables participants to continue their fitness journey without sacrificing their health. He makes working out fun and provides some of the best coaching I've experienced. The classes have a community feel that would only be possible with Scott's leadership. If you are looking for more than a chain gym this is the place.”
“I have been to a few Orangetheory studios and there has yet to be another studio that compares to the Thornton studio. The staff and coaches have built a friendly and accepting atmosphere with a community that supports and cheers each other on. The excitement and passion the members have when they show up to class is unmatched to any other studio I have ever been to. I would highly recommend this gym if you are looking for a supportive community to achieve your health goals with a staff that motivates and pushes you.”
“Great gym. Loved it during the time I went there as people around you are actually there to work out. I still rate this gym 5 stars but there are pros and cons.Pros-AMAZING old school feeling-Good Lighting (Feels Dark)-Good selection of Upper body machines and free weights-Tons of equipment-High Quality Equipment-Metal Plates-Nice Owners-Good for powerlifters and bodybuildersCons-Lacks good Leg machines(A lot of pointless Leg machines like Single Leg hamstring curl, these would be much better replaced with better machines)-No Mirror in front of racks-Lack of Cardio machines, only two treadmills-If you ARE a powerlifter expect to wait a while for the powerlifting racks maybe a hour, i pretty much gave up on deadlifts after switching to this gym since theres only one deadlift platform, and so many people, a couple more would be awesome.This review was no insult to the owners! Just my personal opinion. Otherwise this is a great gym and its still a 5 star! I didn't really like the 1 month advance cancellation and sign up fee is brutal but its whatever, i guess it keeps more people out. I think its worth it if you live in brighton, but if you arent, just go somewhere closer to your home. Not overly busy before 4 or 5 which is really nice and equipment can give you a great workout.”

The trainers are knowledgeable and not only push you to challenge yourself in the gym, but ensure that you are properly performing each exercise. The Phoenix members are super motivating, which you don’t always get in group fitness classes. The workout changes daily, and it’s always a challenge. Whether you are new to working out, or a seasoned fitness individual looking to take your workouts to the next level, this is the gym for you.”

1631 Pace St Suite B11, Longmont“I love 9Round! 9 rounds, 3 minutes each, with 30 seconds of active rest in between. There are no set class times so you show up whenever works for you AND they have trainers there the entire time so you can get one-on-one tips, training, and assistance every time you go. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for to push myself and have fun while getting stronger and more fit. The stations also keep it really fun and mix it up (heavy bags, speed bags, jump rope, weights, etc). Seriously cannot speak highly enough of my experience with 9Round! The best part of it all are the people—the trainers I interact with (special shoutout to Carly, Gia, Kennady, and Javier) are absolutely incredible and make it more than just a workout. Their positivity and fun are what sets 9Round apart from everywhere else. You feel like a part of a community, and I’ve never had that before in a gym or workout. It helps hold me accountable, and I look forward to going every time. If you want a place where you’ll be engaged, see results, and be motivated to keep coming back, I definitely recommend 9Round!”

“Probably the most well equipped PF I’ve ever visited. The first I’ve seen with a dedicated TRX station. Nice. Loses one start though because unlike literally every other PF this place doesn’t have the lockers with built in locks.”

I go in the morning and spend at least 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. The massage beds/chairs are fantastic. I use the tanning bed/booth (I prefer the bed). I also take advantage of the Totalbody enhancements. Equipment is clean and well kept. I have had great success at this location.”

I don’t know if they are reinvesting in what they have with the funds that they are charging. I mostly go because I like to swim and work out, sometimes schedules get a bit confused. It is difficult to do what I would like to do. Overall I recommend this place I just wish they would keep up with everything in it.”
“Good gym! Easy to plateau in a workout with the few options but easily accessible for a small town. Also, owners were not super welcoming. Never said hi or engaged, ever, when you walked in. In all, very clean and experience was fine! Definitely a good little spot just had to upgrade for machines”
