“These guys are responsive and good to work with. I had my water coolant reservoir replaced in Ohio; it was leaking when I got out to Colorado, and obviously that's not their fault one bit. They did a replacement under the TechNet repair warranty system. They charged me additionally because they said the hose also needed to be replaced, annoying but I get it. After ~3,000 miles I noticed it was already leaking BAD again. Thankfully they got me in super quick after I put off going in for a little longer than I should've. They communicated what happened and that they re-used a clamp that was on its last leg. Overall, my experiences with them have been great and professional. I've felt respected as a customer every time I've worked with them.”

This shop does not cut corners, so it will take longer than any other shop will promise. Just know the work will be done right. “I went to Iron Bear to get some parts for the axels on my flatbed. Not knowing exactly what I was looking for, I took the measurements and a drawing of the old parts in. Chad called me over as soon as I walked in the door and got me set up with the parts I needed in record time. He was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of every member of their staff that I interacted with. This crew is top notch. The way things used to be when customer service mattered.
The prices were nearly as good as any I found on the internet as well. I will be using Iron Bear for all my trailer needs in the future.”
“Hail Medic did a fantastic job on my 2019 Lexus IS300!
At the beginning of the summer, It was dinged up pretty bad during the hail storm. My windshield was cracked. My hood, roof and trunk were dimpled. I hesitated to have it repaired until I met Matt.
In late September, I was worried it would be too late to claim, but he respectfully provided information about their process, following up with a scheduled viewing of my car’s damage. His inspection and description were detailed. I trusted his advice and advanced with repairs. They had me drop off my car the very next day and started working immediately.
Communication with GEICO and them felt relatively smooth. I used a rental car through Hertz and it worked well for me. I received updates by text messages with pictures every Tuesday and Friday for 3 weeks, until it was partially completed. I received my car back looking amazing but they informed me of a wait for a part. I had the option to continue without that repair, but I felt it was the right decision to return for their service and have it replaced.
The entire process took a little over a month for it to be complete, but I do not regret being patient for their service. I recommend Hail Medic to anyone searching for professional hail damage repairers. They were kind, considerate of my schedule, and knew what my car needed: looking like it was before that storm.

It amazed me that I was called by name rather than my license plate - think dealership. “I needed one window tinted after I had my passenger side window broken out. I submitted a request for a quote and received a text a few minutes later. I was able to schedule for a day/time that worked for me which was only 2 or 3 days out. It took the guy less than 30 minutes to get my window tinted. It was the lowest price I could find as well. “Had my car towed to this location over 2 weeks ago when I was in a car accident in the mountains. Albert was my representative for my claim and was in charge of communicating with my insurance. He was very communicative during the whole process. Unfortuantely due to the extreme damage, my car was declared a total loss. Once the loss was decided on, I went and got all the items out of my car. Albert was very helpful and helped me them out. Even though I did not receive any collison repair services at this location, I would highly recommend this location to others.”

“When you’re on a budget, shopping for a car can be really difficult—-looking for a reasonable deal for a mechanically sound car with no surprises that will drain your limited resources Finding a trustworthy dealer is the only way to have a good experience and Japanese Car Connection is that dealer. They are straightforward, have on site mechanics, and sell cars they stand behind. The first car I wanted they determined they weren’t going to sell because of some issues after having just got it. That was impressive. The car I did get received some mechanical work and they were clear on what and why. I appreciated this experience and just buying a car without feeling hustled or pressured. “I recently went into this store (on aprox Broadway and Alameda) as I was having issues with my tire and then my battery. I had gone in before ,simple and quick, just to grab something.
One of the guys came out to my car and helped me find out what the problem might be. He, and the other people working that day, were very respectful and courteous while being honest about the possible problem.
The guy didn't try to get me to buy something I didn't need, even though I was willing to buy a brand new battery. I instead ended up buying a spray for the corrosion on the battery connections and also a tire gauge. They also were very patient as I asked quite a few questions!
I can't tell you how much I appreciate not being taken advantage of. Trust between business and consumer is not what it was 20-30 years ago and to have found a place I can trust and give my loyalty to is refreshing.
