“Exceptional experience here. Cody helped us find the right roof box for my car for the right price. He never rushed us. This place has the top of the line boxes on display, but they also have many cheaper options that can be ordered, so they have something that will work for you no matter your budget. Cody spent over an hour with us, answering all of our questions, then set up a profile for me with the options to purchase. I went home to think about the best option, then called him back, paid over the phone, and returned the next day to pick up the box. They really know their stuff, don't try to oversell you, and are just honest folks. Highly recommend this place.”
“Absolutely the best truck accessories shop in Denver! I have been a customer for well over 25 years now and they always impress. Fantastic customer service from the front desk through to the shop. My last visit, unfortunately due to me being a bonehead by bending the hinges on the back glass. They could have easily charged me $1,200 to replace it. Instead, I brought it by and their wonderful techs got it in right away and were able to save it for a charge of only $75!!
I will always be a customer and I refer everyone I know to them as well!

“Colter worked up a quote for a substantial modification on my truck. The price was fair and he answered all my questions (I have a Ranger and this was the first Ranger they'd done, so I had logistical questions). I scheduled a drop off and they completed the work in the time frame they estimated. Both employees I dealt with were friendly and knowledgable. The mod has been great so far and I highly recommend this shop. Fair prices, quality employees, and actually doing what you say is rare in today's society. “These guys are responsive and good to work with. I had my water coolant reservoir replaced in Ohio; it was leaking when I got out to Colorado, and obviously that's not their fault one bit. They did a replacement under the TechNet repair warranty system. They charged me additionally because they said the hose also needed to be replaced, annoying but I get it. After ~3,000 miles I noticed it was already leaking BAD again. Thankfully they got me in super quick after I put off going in for a little longer than I should've. They communicated what happened and that they re-used a clamp that was on its last leg. Overall, my experiences with them have been great and professional. I've felt respected as a customer every time I've worked with them.”

“I’ve taken 2 vehicles to this shop. One for hail damage the other was for a rear end. Both times everyone in the shop went above and beyond. This shop does not cut corners, so it will take longer than any other shop will promise. Just know the work will be done right. Also, both times I took my vehicle back to fix minor issues and Keith had no issues working with me on correcting the issues.”
“I went to Iron Bear to get some parts for the axels on my flatbed. Not knowing exactly what I was looking for, I took the measurements and a drawing of the old parts in. Chad called me over as soon as I walked in the door and got me set up with the parts I needed in record time. He was extremely helpful as well as knowledgeable. I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of every member of their staff that I interacted with. This crew is top notch. The way things used to be when customer service mattered.

and detailed my car, I didn’t even recognize it. Plus I had a new battery that I bought in my trunk as I wanted to replace my old one since I had a few problems with the battery dying on me last year, I asked if they would replace it for me, they did it and didn't charge me to do so.

“I needed a hood replaced and had to pay out of pocket. Greg was great, he quoted me well below other shops. He got to work on it right away and was super communicative through the process. They needed an extra part to finish but still charged me the original quoted price. Hood looks and functions great. I would recommend Greg to anyone.”

“Had my car towed to this location over 2 weeks ago when I was in a car accident in the mountains. Albert was my representative for my claim and was in charge of communicating with my insurance. He was very communicative during the whole process. Unfortuantely due to the extreme damage, my car was declared a total loss. Once the loss was decided on, I went and got all the items out of my car. Albert was very helpful and helped me them out. Even though I did not receive any collison repair services at this location, I would highly recommend this location to others.”

But...they turned out to be the most efficient company I've ever dealt with. They shipped a reasonably priced alternator from colorado to Ireland in 3 days!
