“Auto repair is the last place you want to go but Gerber Collision and Glass is the first place you want to be if your vehicle needs to be repaired. They have excellent workmanship, superior service and are great at communicating progress.Someone backed into my vehicle leaving a dent and didn’t have the courtesy to even leave a note. I was pointed toward Gerber by my insurance company and everything was smooth sailing. The estimate was performed quickly and I quickly arranged an appointment for repair. Kim was fantastic at keeping me updated and a true joy to speak with.The work was completed on a timely basis and I managed to pick up the vehicle a day earlier than expected. We parted ways after my pick up saying that we both hoped we wouldn’t see each other again but, if I needed collision repair these are the folks I’d go see.”

“I've unfortunately had many encounters with body shops over the years--all of them unpleasant until now. Perry & Terry is in an entirely different category. They are a pleasure to deal with and they provide exceptional service. Every single person I've encountered at this company has been extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I frankly found this shocking after some experiences with competitors. All of my questions were happily and completely answered at once. All of the issues with the vehicle and every part of the process were clearly explained. This company provides twice a week status reports via text as a matter of course. This is a win-win for everyone. The company receives far fewer customer inquiries and the customers are always fully informed. A large construction truck had backed into us. What seemed like minor damage became far more complex once the front end of the car was taken apart. Fortunately the other party's insuror was very responsive, but Perry & Terry was extremely efficient in submitting the information for two supplemental repair requests so that the work was not delayed. I was also very surprised when they went to Toyota Parts before we brought the vehicle to their shop to ensure there would be no delays while they waited for parts. I've never found another shop willing to do this. Perry & Terry estimated the work would take five weeks. This was very tight for us because we needed the car for guests arriving at that time from overseas. They actually completed the work in just over four weeks, despite the additional issues that were found. The finished work is immaculate and the vehicle operates perfectly. Most body shops act like the insurance company is their customer and treat the owner of the car as an annoyance. Perry & Terry understands who their customer really is and treats them with respect. I would never even consider another body shop after this experience. These guys are terrific.”

Randy, who I believe is the owner, is very conservative in what work needs to be done while still ensuring everything looks perfect, and his shop runs a very fair business in terms of value. It was a difficult personal time for me while having these repairs, and I was met with much consideration, even when I was getting impatient. I highly recommend this shop; do understand they are BUSY, and so repairs will likely take a little extra longer. The work is wonderful though and I would definitely come here again.”

“Have come to Prestige 3-4 times to have my car serviced in the past couple of years and am always impressed with the first-class customer service! Most recently I had to have my taillight replaced. I was quoted ~$400 for the part and $100 per hour for the labor. I was able to pre-purchase the part since they had it in store and they kept it/stored the part until I was able to make a service appointment. After they replaced the light (and washed my car), I tried to pay for the labor and they said they weren't going to charge me! What a pleasant surprise! This was just one instance of them going above and beyond. They will even drive you or pay for your Lyft if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. Everyone working in the Service department is super friendly and helpful. If you have an Audi or Porsche, take it to Prestige. They will take great care of you!”

I was a very loyal customer to Auto Zone for years, but one day when the assistant at the auto zone next door to this place did not know how to test my car battery, I took it to this napa. The worker was fabulous and read that my battery was no good. He helped me find the right one for my car, and even helped me install the battery posts onto the new battery. They lent me all the tools to install the battery, then the man came out to make sure I had installed it correctly before starting my car. This experience won me over as a customer, and since I have had many great experiences here. Staff deserves a raise and an A+”
