stars from me. Starting off with scheduling, Sunil was polite and understanding how meticulous I am when having someone work on my cars. On the installation day, I received a text letting me know 45 minutes in advance before Carlos arrived within the promised windows. Carlos is a true professional and full of courtesy. During the installation, he was patient, treated my car like his own, and completed his job without making any marks nor scratches on the wheels!

“Kevin has taken care of our vehicles for approximately 14 years now. Fourteen! Years! That is four different vehicles. That should say something about his integrity and professionalism. Kevin understands that a car repair is more than just a service. He knows that your vehicle is a 2000+ lb projectile hurling down the highway at 60 miles an hour or more. This man is THE definition of INTEGRITY and HONESTY.
Beyond that Kevin is the most truthful mechanic we’ve ever had. The first time we went to Kevin he turned down the opportunity to do transmission work for over $2500. Instead, he sent us to Phil Long Ford where we were able to get a transmission under warranty, which turned out to be incredible fortunate because that 2005 Ford Freestyle (Loved that crossover passionately and I still mourn it) went through three additional transmissions. He saved us over $10,000 because he did the right thing when no one with a mechanic’s knowledge was watching. We didn’t know better, but he did.
We drive and ride with confidence because we know our current van is safe for not only ourselves, but for others on the road, or sidewalks.”

“Oz is the man! He made the process so PAINLESS! He also took great care of me after the van inspection their mechanics did, as they discovered a fix that needed to happen. Oz is having it fixed. I feel like some places would have just let it slide and sucks to be me, later, when it breaks. But Mr. Roberts Auto Sales, and Oz, wanted to make sure it was in tip top shape before it changes hands. They also seem to have a quality inventory, and I had several options that were in my price range.

“Our daughter was in an accident, so we were going to take her car to a body shop to see if it should be totaled if it couldn't be repaired. I called here first because they had installed a new battery/display last year & thought they might buy them back prorated if her car was totaled. They told us they have fixed a couple hundred Prius's in this situation, so we had it towed here instead (we had no idea they did that kind of work). They are some of the most positive, competent, and helpful people we've met and did an Incredible job fixing our daughter's car at a super reasonable price. “Colter worked up a quote for a substantial modification on my truck. The price was fair and he answered all my questions (I have a Ranger and this was the first Ranger they'd done, so I had logistical questions). I scheduled a drop off and they completed the work in the time frame they estimated. Both employees I dealt with were friendly and knowledgable. The mod has been great so far and I highly recommend this shop. Fair prices, quality employees, and actually doing what you say is rare in today's society.
