“Auto repair is the last place you want to go but Gerber Collision and Glass is the first place you want to be if your vehicle needs to be repaired. They have excellent workmanship, superior service and are great at communicating progress.Someone backed into my vehicle leaving a dent and didn’t have the courtesy to even leave a note. I was pointed toward Gerber by my insurance company and everything was smooth sailing. The estimate was performed quickly and I quickly arranged an appointment for repair. Kim was fantastic at keeping me updated and a true joy to speak with.The work was completed on a timely basis and I managed to pick up the vehicle a day earlier than expected. We parted ways after my pick up saying that we both hoped we wouldn’t see each other again but, if I needed collision repair these are the folks I’d go see.”

“I recently had my Porsche vandalized and was recommended to this shop through a Facebook Porsche group. They did a phenomenal job! Randy, who I believe is the owner, is very conservative in what work needs to be done while still ensuring everything looks perfect, and his shop runs a very fair business in terms of value. It was a difficult personal time for me while having these repairs, and I was met with much consideration, even when I was getting impatient. I highly recommend this shop; do understand they are BUSY, and so repairs will likely take a little extra longer. The work is wonderful though and I would definitely come here again.”

“I've unfortunately had many encounters with body shops over the years--all of them unpleasant until now. Perry & Terry is in an entirely different category. They are a pleasure to deal with and they provide exceptional service. Every single person I've encountered at this company has been extremely pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable. I frankly found this shocking after some experiences with competitors. All of my questions were happily and completely answered at once. All of the issues with the vehicle and every part of the process were clearly explained. This company provides twice a week status reports via text as a matter of course. This is a win-win for everyone. The company receives far fewer customer inquiries and the customers are always fully informed. A large construction truck had backed into us. What seemed like minor damage became far more complex once the front end of the car was taken apart. Fortunately the other party's insuror was very responsive, but Perry & Terry was extremely efficient in submitting the information for two supplemental repair requests so that the work was not delayed. I was also very surprised when they went to Toyota Parts before we brought the vehicle to their shop to ensure there would be no delays while they waited for parts. I've never found another shop willing to do this. Perry & Terry estimated the work would take five weeks. This was very tight for us because we needed the car for guests arriving at that time from overseas. They actually completed the work in just over four weeks, despite the additional issues that were found. The finished work is immaculate and the vehicle operates perfectly. Most body shops act like the insurance company is their customer and treat the owner of the car as an annoyance. Perry & Terry understands who their customer really is and treats them with respect. I would never even consider another body shop after this experience. These guys are terrific.”

“Have come to Prestige 3-4 times to have my car serviced in the past couple of years and am always impressed with the first-class customer service! Most recently I had to have my taillight replaced. I was quoted ~$400 for the part and $100 per hour for the labor. I was able to pre-purchase the part since they had it in store and they kept it/stored the part until I was able to make a service appointment. After they replaced the light (and washed my car), I tried to pay for the labor and they said they weren't going to charge me! What a pleasant surprise! This was just one instance of them going above and beyond. They will even drive you or pay for your Lyft if you need to leave your car for an extended period of time. Everyone working in the Service department is super friendly and helpful. If you have an Audi or Porsche, take it to Prestige. They will take great care of you!”

My insurance took a while to approve everything and stormwise made sure to update me every step of the process. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When I got my car back it looked amazing! “Called in to check availability of a particular type of paint for a restoration project I'm working on. Cassie was very friendly on the phone and said that the product was offered in several shades of the color I was looking for. Came down the next morning and used their color chart on my vehicle. Store is clean and easy to find what you need. Paint was ordered, and arrived within 72 hours at the store. Paid on pickup and grabbed some other items I needed for this old car. This store is geared primarily towards body shops but that makes it especially appealing to people like me who DIY and want top quality body shop supplies. “Manuel at the Lakewood, CO location is a true auto glass professional! Shattered my rear windshield on a Jeep Wrangler so bad that I was worried it had to be brought into a dealer. I had never used Safelite before, but they were able to get me in the following day and quickly turn it around with new rear glass in less than 2 hours. Manuel assured me it’d be a quick fix and kept me updated throughout the whole process communicating updates directly with me via phone. It goes without saying this was a painfully stressful occurrence, and my concerns were immediately addressed and taken care of. Also, the rear windshield arm was broken, and instead of charging me for a non-OEM wiper which they couldn’t install (didn’t have the new arm), he advised I keep the OEM wiper and get a new arm ($15 part) on Amazon due to its better functionality, and subsequently issued me an immediate refund for the wiper I had paid for. It’s transparent customer service like that you don’t see often that prompted me to write a review, and I will definitely be bringing my front windshield (also cracked) back to Safelite with full confidence due to the stellar replacement job and customer service performed by Manuel.”
