“Just got back from an amazing 8 day adventure thru southern Utah. Renting from Native Camper Vans was such a great experience.
The camper was well appointed. The bed was comfortable and the sleeping bags were oh so cozy. We loved t he convenience of having a vehicle that could park in most any parking spot. The Van ran like a dream and averaged 20 mpg which was really a nice surprise. Would I rent from this company again? Absolutely”

“I picked up a rental last night at DEN. The porter had just parked the vehicle and I got in as he got out. It was dark out and the headlights were on, I adjusted the mirrors and headed out. During the drive to the hotel I checked the light switch to see if they were auto headlamps and it appeared to be on that setting, finished my ride to the hotel, got out of the vehicle and thought nothing of the lights.
Got up this morning and it was deader than a hammer. Bummer, but no biggie, I’ll just jump start it. Unfortunately, the door key in the fob would not unlock the door so I couldn’t pop the hood to jump it. I called roadside and they ultimately towed it back to the airport and provided me an Uber so that I could pick up a replacement. That service was seamless and pretty good but what happened next proved to me that great customer service still exists in our country.
After picking up the replacement vehicle, I stopped in to have lunch with a colleague. What do I do? I lock the keys in the vehicle, sheer stupidity on my part. During the experience with the first rental earlier in the day, an employee mentioned it is better to email the Denver office at the email address provided on the card I was given when I was leaving the facility than to call roadside. So, I dispatched an email explaining what I had done. Within one minute of hitting send on that correspondence, my phone rang. Carlos from the Denver office was going to send out Conner to get into the vehicle and get the key back for me. In 20 minutes, a super friendly guy named Conner showed up and handed me the key about 2 minutes later. I’m telling you, service like this is RARE these days, I can’t sing their praises enough. For them to go out of their way to help me get out of a situation that I, myself had created is extraordinary! Carlos, thank you for taking care of me and Conner, you’re the best! Just want people to know that good stories like this still happen.”

“Awesome experience from start to finish! I wanted a guaranteed 4 wheel drive SUV to drive into the mountains. I found Mile High. A person contacted me right away and confirmed the vehicle. Days before the trip I received text message confirmations. The vehicle was at the airport, no shuttle to the rental lots. It was so convenient. The SUV was clean and seat warmers were on (great touch!). We parked back at the airport and texted the details of where we parked. I will absolutely use them again! I loved the experience. It was so unique and personable.”

“I have rented a few times from this Enterprise location near Denver’s Union Station. They have always been professional and courteous. Most recently, when I returned my car after hours, there was still someone inside the office who came out to assist me when I knocked. His name was Brock and when he couldn’t give me a ride to the train station bec they were already closed for the day, he and his manager called me an Uber (on their dime) so I would not miss my train. Appreciate you guys!”

“We were assisted by JD, and he was amazing. Not only did he keep things moving despite being very busy, he was also extremely friendly. In fact, when we returned the car a week later, he remembered what our plans had been and asked how it went! The car we rented was perfect for our plans, and returning it was a breeze. We took a Lyft to and from the airport and spent a lot less on our rental than if we’d gotten it at the airport branch, plus had the friendliest staff to help us, so it was winning all around. We’ll definitely rent here next time we’re in Denver.”

“I returned a car here from out of state. As I prepared to walk in, I was hit with an overpowering aroma of what is likely too many glade plug-ins. The lady was with a customer, so I waited outside. I think she was confused by me staring through the window, but I could not stand those fumes. Endocrine disruptors. I am highly allergic to artificial scents (carry epipen). But at the minimal, I didn't want a migraine. I wish companies considered this with their customers. If the place is clean, you don't need fumes choking people while they wait for a vehicle. I was hoping to frequent this location as it is closest. Incredibly disappointing not to be able to go inside for future rentals as a frequent renter. Otherwise, the experience was fine for a return.”
“I showed up to pick up my rental - and they were out of cars. The manager at the Leetsdale Enterprise in CO was amazing in the handling the difficult situation. I was renting the car to drive to two important meetings. The manager personally drove me to my first meeting and then had one of his team pick me up and drive me to my next meeting. It is by far the best customer service I have ever received in any context. I imagine he is going to end up as a senior manager at some point - he is that good. This was on Jan 20th 2026.”

“First of all this is the second time I've used their service the first time was in Phoenix AZ and this time here in Denver both times have been five star service. Now I will admit that they were a bit understaffed on a Tuesday with only 2 tellers and a line of about 10 ppl by the time I got through but other then that, they are fair and reasonable. Definitely prefer them over Routes Car Rental down the street as they lie to customers about credit card insurance not covering the rental. Not only me but another lady came over to this place with the same issue.”

“The center was clean. We rented from Hertz it was quick with issues getting the vehicle we reserved. It was a little different because it says that the rental car center is at the airport but it is not. You have to be shuttle to it.”
