“I took my iPod in to replace the battery and possible the cracked screen. I left after giving a $50. down payment. I received a call telling me they could not replace the battery of screen themselves and would have to send it out. I then asked if they could transfer some of the info I had on the old ipod into another iPod I had. They say yes and returned to the store with the new iPod. when I returned, they said they were not able to do a transfer yet not refund get $50.
OK, first off, I will never return, but more importantly, to recognize that not returning my $50. is more important than doing the right thing. With a business practice like that, I hope a business like yours does not flourish because we don't need service like that in Denver.”

“Was looking around to find some place to repair an old set of speakers. Found this place called up & talked to Eddie. He seemed to really understand what I was wanting. Brought the speakers down m, he said he’d get back to me in a couple of weeks. GreatTwo weeks later he calls and says I’m all set come pick up your speakers. Awwww ok can you tell me what was wrong yes, you had a bad wire/connection which was causing the bad sound so he then checked all connections and everything else was good to go said the speakers actually sound really good for how old they are. $60 and I’m out the door listening to my old albums againThe thing is Eddie could have easily said I need new speakers and up sell me here but he didn’t. 5 stars all around Highly recommended this place”

“The kind of place that used to be everywhere and is now hard to find. $25 feet to see what the problem is. Total cost was $41. Simple repair that kept another TV out of a landfill. While I was in the shop, the owner told another person that it would be cheaper to buy a new TV than to replace a damaged screen. I love that kind of sage honesty. Well worth $25 to get an honest assessment of you electronics problem.”
“Dana has been fixing our family's computers for over 20 years. And since we are a family of seven (7), we have had a LOT of computers (cars too, haha). His cheeriness and willingness to actually LISTEN is refreshing in this day and age of bland, gray, unhelpful customer service. Even if you don't live in Parker you should bring ALL your computer problems to Daktronix. Your problems will end there.”

“Been going to this place for years have always been awesome. Dealing with the people that work there are awesome . It’s a family run company and they are fast , and very knowledgeable about what they do. . customer service is great and they usually are really reasonable , As far as pricing goes. The guy that owns the place is awesome. I’m literally been going through these guys forever anything you need help with . Been recommencing these guys forever . I especially go there for my Apple products and they’re also very good about any other kind of device you have might have issues with. But my advice to anyone who needs help with any kind of Apple products definitely this is my number one place to go, I resell laptops and phones so if I can’t fix it I go to them .”
“I was skeptical at first due to other reviews. I’m a big fan of reduce, reuse and recycle, so I really wanted to fix my TV and not replace it with a new one. I have a 3 yo Samsung LED and it simply stopped powering on. I called the A1 number and spoke with Coach, and he quickly walked me through how to reset my TV to see if I could avoid needing additional work done. My TV was still not working so we scheduled a drop off for the following morning. Drop off was quick and easy. Later that afternoon I got a text letting me know my TV was working and that it could be picked up. Drop off to pick up in 24 hrs and now a functioning TV is why I’m giving 5 stars. Repairing the TV cost me 1/5 of what it would cost to buy a brand new one. I’m very happy with the service I received, and I’m glad I won’t miss the Broncos game this weekend because of the speed of the repairs.”

He arrived on time and inspected my wash machine. It turned out that there was nothing wrong, but his inspection gave me great peace of mind.”
