“What a difference a store location makes. Visit the CO Mills Lakewood store and stay away from the 3244 Youngfield location. After several visits to the T-Mobile location on Youngfield I visited the location in the CO Mills store and Dereck Cornejo took care of the issue immediately no questions asked. This is our go to store now. Thank you Dereck for understanding customer service - you make a difference!”

“Yesterday I had the best experience at this TMobile store! I needed to get my mother-in-law a new phone, I needed a new phone and we had a couple of questions about my husband’s phone. We were helped by Mary, who was so knowledgeable, kind and very patient working through the new phone set up for my mother-in-law annd I and getting all of our other questions questions resolved. She even helped show my MiL some tips about how to use her new phone. She was multitasking like a champ getting us all set up! One of the best service experiences I’ve had!”
