Journeys is an awesome spot for shoes, stocked with both new and classic styles. The store is clean and organized. The staff is upbeat, enthusiastic, super nice, patient, and accommodating with a really dope positive attitude. They are very helpful, going above and beyond to make suggestions, bring lots of options, and provide excellent customer service. This great service helps change perceptions of the brand. It is people like them that make a brand successful, and customers recommend it and plan on coming back.
Xener, the guy who wears glass and earrings was very professional and attentive. We asked one pair of shoe and this guy came up with several other pair options and recommended if we would like to check em as well. His customer service is out of this world^^ Felt super satisfied
