I bought a couch from the sales associate Allen. He was helpful, but lied to me about being able to earn Macy's Rewards if I used my Macy's card to buy the couch, thus I lost out on about $125 in rewards.

Well never shoped at Macy's but it was fun for black Friday customer service was awesome and helpful .
