“What an amazing business overgrown home is! The owners are the friendliest people and so accommodating. I had an idea to give some starter plants as baby shower gifts and they went above and beyond. Pointed out the low maintenance plants to me, POTTED them for me (wow amazing) and even attached little tags that gave info about each plant. I truly could not have asked for more and prices are great too. I of course forgot to take a photo with the cute tags, but you get the jest!”

“My dad and I own and operate Canyon Creek Landscape. We have used James nursery forever it seems like. I always recommend them for a couple of reasons. First is their customer service. From the office back to the loaders everyone is super friendly and often even remember my name. Any questions I have are always answered and along with great advice. The second reason is there quality of trees and plant material. Are clients are always blown away by what shows up on site. Even if we don’t pick it out ourselves Ive never receive a bad looking tree or plant. Even in my own yard all my trees have been purchased through them. We will continue to do business here and love stopping by.”

“I brought in my large Monstera to get re potted because I wanted to ensure I did not mess it up. Ian was the one who helped me almost instantly upon walking into the store. He walked through the entire place pointing things out, gave me advice, measured every single pot I asked him to, and made sure I was happy and solid in what I wanted with my plant. He took great care of me and the plant. Picking it up it looked better than I would have ever imagined. I can tell he spent his time and takes pride in his work. 10/10 Ian you earned a customer for life.”

“We worked with Anastasia Sanchez out of the Denver location and she was great! She worked with us on a complex order and tracked down everything we were needing.
WhiteCap will not accept payments over the phone, which makes its difficult to conduct business, especially with us being 4 hours from Denver. There must be a reason for this policy but Anastasia and the Branch manager got us fixed up and we were able to pay at their Springs location.
For future orders, Anastasia will be our go to contact!”
“I have been shopping at this store for ten years. It's a mile from my front door. I have never had a problem with an employee. Quite the contrary actually. I find help easily and the staff pretty continually asks me if I they can help me find something. What I really like is one I ask where soemthing is, they don't just point and tell me where it is. They actually walk me to the item. I bought a Yard Machines lawn mower from them a decade ago that still runs like a champ. I am not a big "home improvement" girl but I find everything I need at this store. Checking out is easy thought I will never be a fan of self checkout. I prefer cashiers.”

“Went to get primer and paint, what a relief to walk in and see Judy! What a gem! For years if I need paint- Judy’s there! So helpful and knowledgeable.
Judy was off shift and directed me to Yeradly- who was able to answer my questions and got me set up to reform my closet.

“This Home Depot has put together the power team in the nursery. I call them the main four. With them running it smoothly and the merchandisers keeping the plants nice this Home Depot has blown me away this year. Its like a real nursery and they finally got carts over there so basically the prime example for every store.”
