“Easily one of the best plant shops in Denver. I always manage to find a plant I've never seen before in The Herbery. From beginner-friendly/affordable plants to rare, collectible, unique specimens, The Herbery consistently has something for everyone. And since they've been in business for almost 6 decades (amazing!), they offer a wealth of knowledge and advice about the plants they sell.
Their prices are always competitive, but on the whole I've found many plants that were much more expensive at other Denver shops than at the Herbery.
For all of these reasons, the Herbery has been, and will continue to be, my primary source as a plant collector.”
“What an amazing business overgrown home is! The owners are the friendliest people and so accommodating. I had an idea to give some starter plants as baby shower gifts and they went above and beyond. Pointed out the low maintenance plants to me, POTTED them for me (wow amazing) and even attached little tags that gave info about each plant. I truly could not have asked for more and prices are great too. I of course forgot to take a photo with the cute tags, but you get the jest!”

“I found Elliot’s this year after spending a good chunk of change at another local nursery the year prior. I wish I found Elliot’s sooner because they have the same exact plants (sometimes more varieties in peppers & tomatoes) at cheaper prices. Definitely will be coming back next year to stock up on starters for my garden!!!”

“I tried several places to find a really nice rosemary plant for a Christmas gift. I found the perfect plant at Country Fair along with a beautiful pot to put it in. The wonderful sales associate replanted it for me and was very knowledgeable on how to care for the plant. The store itself was very well displayed with alot of great merchandise from plants to outdoor sculptures, decorative rod iron, and more. It's my new go to place for anything to do with plants and outdoor decor. Easy parking and well located at Quebec and Leetsdale.”

“This store is also a UPS access point if you did not know this. This saved my behind one day when I needed to get a UPS package sent and UPS stores were closed. I was not there very long besides dropping my package off, but it looks like a really cute store and the employee was helpful. I like plants, so I will probably be back to purchase some.”

“My dad and I own and operate Canyon Creek Landscape. We have used James nursery forever it seems like. I always recommend them for a couple of reasons. First is their customer service. From the office back to the loaders everyone is super friendly and often even remember my name. Any questions I have are always answered and along with great advice. The second reason is there quality of trees and plant material. Are clients are always blown away by what shows up on site. Even if we don’t pick it out ourselves Ive never receive a bad looking tree or plant. Even in my own yard all my trees have been purchased through them. We will continue to do business here and love stopping by.”
“This place is a wonderland with a great variety I've seen for any flower or plant, and the most creative gift shop collection that has me returning multiple times a year with friends and family when they're in town. Stop by and adopt a plant friend, it smells amazing in there and you might see the neighborhood cat living it's best life there.”

“This Home Depot has put together the power team in the nursery. I call them the main four. With them running it smoothly and the merchandisers keeping the plants nice this Home Depot has blown me away this year. “An absolutely stunning store.I instantly fell in love with the whimsical and thoughtfully designed atmosphere. I particularly loved their poison plant area with flower specimens, bottles, and books. I purchased an item from this section, and am so happy with my purchase. I live in Texas, but will absolutely be coming back to Denver to shop in this store!”
