“I just had a very positive experience at the UPS store on 700 Colorado Boulevard. They helped me with a standard pack and ship service when I brought in a toy for a friend, and even though I didn’t have a package and my body & emotions felt a bit chaotic, the customer service agent was incredibly patient and provided excellent customer service. They found a package for me, a perfect one with a little bit of room for me to throw in a couple extra toys, and in the end gave me something to write a note on to include in the package to my friend. I also met the owner, Chris, nice & professional thus learning that this UPS store is locally owned. Plus, I heard they have a notary service, which is super convenient. There’s a parking lot behind the building, and you can even shred sensitive documents for $1.25 per pound. The two all-star customer agents who helped me today were Sebastian and Maya; they were absolutely wonderful, bringing some levity to the situation while working hard. The have a giant RICOH printer ?️ which I hear is one of the best around! Overall, this is the best UPS store I’ve found in Denver, Colorado, and believe me, I’ve been to a few, even the Cherry Creek location, and somehow this one is even better. **Please note: They have a Roland machine for banners and posters, but the coolest part is they make stickers! The printer cuts them out for you, so you don’t have to, and they have fun samples like Bluey, Nintendo, Adventure Time, and Yu-Gi-Oh! If you visit, definitely ask for a sticker—whether you’re a kid or just a kid at heart!”
“I had 20 packages that needed to go out individually, and Mii Mii was there by herself handling it with total grace!! Not only that but she juggled shipping out my packages and customers that came in with joy. She was an absolute delight and I'm grateful that she was there to help me out!! Give this woman a raise!!”
“The manager of the store is simply an absolute gem. He is always polite and extremely helpful and in good spirits. The staff is also very nice and helpful. The store is absolutely spotless and it’s just a pleasant experience every time I use this service.”
“For the first time I noticed that when coming to this location they actually take your items out of the box and put them in a clear bag. I believe this is not in regards to normal I think it's something that's new and they are keeping an eye on packaging. You can most likely package your item in a clear bag. It's not necessarily easy for them. I think it's a new strategy to keep an eye on mail and what is going to and from. I only say that because after taping the three boxes and then doing it previously I realized I wasted a lot of tape. Make sure you ask before leaving the location. It could be all about safety it would have been nice to know. I will continue to come to this location they appear to be polite.

“Shad was extremely helpful, kind and printed up my return label ( for a minimal fee.) and allowed me to take a seat and rest a moment, while trying to return a very, very heavy package to Amazon. I really appreciated the professional support and courteous nature, after almost giving myself a hernia trying to carry my package from my car into the store. ( I was returning 2 double paned basement windows.) LOL! I feel very confident that my return will be handled properly so I can get back my refund without incident.”

“I ship tools and equipment for my job all the time, all across the USA, using my company's FedEx account. This location is tricky to find; it DOES have a small customer counter. Google maps has a mistake, it was telling me another address north of here about a half mile away, luckily you can see this facility from that area. Pull into the left side entry (left arrow) just like you own the place. The gated drive on the right is for FedEx trucks only. The right arrow is the actual customer service counter, on the corner of the building. Note: manual doors, not automatic. Only one I've ever seen like this; complicates things when your arms are full. It's also quite run-down appearing, but they got my boxes overnighted back to my house fine.”
“Jenn helped me print multiple posters and cards for my upcoming wedding and she was so helpful! She brainstormed different ideas of sizing and lamination with me to make sure I was happy with how it would it. My prints were even ready a day early and looked amazing.
