“This place DOES take Amazon returns but only if already packaged with the print label adhered to it already. It does not take boxless returns, it does not create labels, I guess it could sell packing/taping material since it’s a craftstore, but really just think of this as a UPS dropbox with person with a bar code scanner. If you do that, then you can prepare your package accordingly.
Also it’s not clear where it is in the store but it turned out it was just at the checkout counter”
“I had a LOT of printing I needed to do - which is one of the features I greatly appreciate at FedEx. The printer I was using was having issues and the Assistant Manager (wish I got her name!) was incredible at helping me get it squared away. I was expecting an attitude or some type of debate, but she was actually very friendly and a representation of what customer service should be like (seems like it's long forgotten at most places these days...and sadly at this location it has been hit or miss...but she truly was a joy to work with and deserves the shoutout!).”

“Eric at this location has been a tremendous help in finding a package that had a technical parcel issue on delivery. It was a nightmare situation, and he helped me track it down and provide details exactly where I can find it. The regular delivery guy to Greenwood Point Apartments also was incredibly supportive trying to redeliver and locate the package as well. Thanks to them and their detailed work - I was able to get my package out of the Amazon lockers after repeated attempts with Leasing/amazon hub. If not for them, I probably wouldn't have gotten my package and been able to prove the error on Amazon hubs end. They went above and beyond to help me!”
