Staff here are always great (in the two times I've entered) however I hate UO as a brand. Found a dress on a sale rack missing a strap, made it entirely unwearable. Hoped it could be reduced, no more than 15% off policy on an item that they will eventually throw away? $30+ for a unwearable item? Ridiculous.
