They arrived on time, found I had a nail in my tire, patched it, rotated my tires and explained that I needed two new tires. Took the time to explain and show me the tread. I asked Jeff for the price, he got back to me in a matter of minutes and the guys are coming back this week to replace the bad tires with two new ones.
