“We’ve been here a week. So we are very new here. Carmen was excellent help with the leasing process, we definitely kept having some technical issues with things on our end. The apartment was clean, walls newly painted, floors were shined, carpets were clean, the apartment didn’t smell. We had some issues we missed during the checklist process. And within the week we had maintenance here to fix it. We had a slight leak under the bathroom sink and 2GFI and one regular outlets out, Justin and Gabe came and fixed the problem. They were polite, professional, and communicative. Very friendly with my son, who is very busy at times. So far, The grounds are well kept, pest control comes and does apartments. And the neighbors have been quite friendly. So far we love it here. Perfect for our little family and our friend.”
